These scissors have made sewing a joy again. I came to realize that I had quit sewing because cutting out had become a painful chore. The shape of these cordless electronic cutters is oh so comfortable and they zoom through fabric, even upholstery fabric. They retail at the H__nc__k Fabric Store for twice the price and are the same product. If your hurting hands are keeping you from creating dresses for your granddaughter or slipcovers for your chairs give these a try. The battery lasts a long time also!

I bought several of these for Christmas gifts. I've been using mine and really like it. It is noisy, so don't use it while the baby's napping!

I tested the cutters on paper, haven't had the chance to use it cutting any thing else, it cuts fast, and noisy. I think they are great.
I didn't receive batteries with mine either.

I was shopping online at J's this weekend for their big sale and the use of 2 50% off coupons. I saw this electronic cutter listed for $54.99 and on sale for $49.99. It had 5 perfect 5 star reviews from customers who had purchased it. This is an outstanding clearance price not likely to be seen again anywhere else. If you think you may sometime, anytime have need of this great cutter I'd suggest you pick one up soon. I don't need it at this moment but I purchased it for future projects at this ridiculously low $9 price. Don't wait!

This is the second shipment with no batteries, back they go! I have never has a problem didn't they check? One is a mistake but twice?

I just got a chance to use my cutters. I was making boxes to organize my craft materials. It took me half the time to finish than it would have without them. I think they are great. To the person that mentioned the grease. It is to keep the blades lubricated and working well. they should be lubricated once in a while to keep them running smooth. I think this is a great buy. What a time saver.

Wow, the power behind this is so much better than scissors I don't know how I got along without them all these years of crafting! When I got the My-T-Fine, the blades were covered in some kind of grease. As I get to cutting stuff more and more I sure hope the grease goes away! This electronic cutter was so fast and even accurate on paper, I just had to try it on an old blanket I had. Cut it up within minutes. Even with the grease on the blade! Now I have tons of rags for cleaning!! I'll never cut anything good until all that grease goes away.
Shame it has all that grease on it or I'd be using it right now! For the $$, it was a great buy!

Sewers and quilters stock up. I bought the exact same item from another store for more than the regular HSN price. I was satisfied with my purchase at the higher price and am now even more pleased that I can afford to have one unit at each of my work stations!

I bought one of these at the clearance price of $9. I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands & these are the best. They are comfortable and work so well on cutting wrapping paper, etc. I am going back to get 4 more for Christmas gifts. They do work fast so a little difficult for cutting small items, but it still can be done. Saves time and makes crafting and cutting so much easier. They are a must-have for cutting large items. Wonderful and impressive gift for the price. I'm so glad I discovered this HSN bargain! With HSN's Christmas return policy starting now, you can't go wrong.

I tryied my cutter on paper and fabric and it worked well. After buying it at regular price I was able to get a refund for the difference now that is at $9. Even better! I do recommend this to cut big sections. It is too powerful to cut small items.

I'm a quilter so I cut a lot of fabric and these work just great. Very easy to use and none of the wear and tear on your hands that you get when using scissors. Also really good for wrapping paper sheets. Easy to control.

This cuts too fast for smaller projects and makes quite a bit of noise. Otherwise, it works fine.

I bought these when I bought my brother serger. And yes they really do work as discribed. Its nice to zip through fabric and get a perfect cut line.
I did try them on cardboard and they did work, but I will be using them for crafting and mostly fabric
