I bought this for my apartment and does everything it said it does plus picking up pet hair awsome. makes my life easy for a clean house

I have my Dirt Dog in my basement. Twice a week I push it's button. My only complaint is that for the price it should have had a loading dock. Other than that, it even picks up the cat litter. An extra. . .when my beads go flying on the floor, I clean the Dog and send it out to find them.

I'm glad HSN has flexpay. Because of this, I' was able to afford two iRobots, the Dirt Dog and the Scooba. Both are fantastic. They clean very well. I'm happy that I live in this day and age when tasks can be so easy and fun.
To give a fair review, I'll add some downsides:
Dirt Dog gets stuck with the cords and tassles. so just clear its area and you're good. It's a bit noisier than the roomba, but it's not bothersome.
Scooba is more sensitive, and says "I'm stuck" in small, uneven spaces.

Overall, the downsides are miniscule compared to the convenience of using this technological breakthroughs.

Ilove it. Have Dirt Dog one month now and use is every two days. Bought on flex pay (just in case...). Have 2 kids and a dog and between them lots of mess on the floor. Dirt Dog goes everywhere. I put the kids bag packs on the stairs and off it goes; through the kitchen; living room; two bedrooms and the bathroom. Wow.
Haven't tried it downstairs yet, tile floor, but I am sure it will have no problem. Hope the battery holds up though, but wow does it save time. Whatever makes my life easy I'm all for it. Do clean the brushes; I do it every time I use it, ‘cause I want Roomba to clean thorough. Saving for the Scooba and probably an extra one for downstairs.

This machine works great on the back porch. I use it to pick up cat hair and loose litter. It is well worth the money and easy to clean.

I am so impressed with the roomba. I have CATS which have lots of fine hair, hard to pick up with anything. This Dirt-dog, (CAT) is so amazing. Even though I I try to vacuum once a week, this roomba picks up everything. It is without a doubt, the best purchase I ever made and I buy so much from HSN.

I had bought a Rumba several years ago and had horrible problems with it which is why I decided to start with this to check the technology after the past couple of years. This may be the best thing I have ever bought. My two kids now fight over using it and even my husband steals it. It is truly amazing and makes life easier. Isn't that what it is all about anyway?

I have owned 2 other Robots (one broke and was replaced by the company who stands by their product and the other I gave to my elderly mother who just loves it)........ The dirt dog.is an excellent product. For the price it has great power and cleans up pet hair as described. The only draw back is the lack of a remote which is helpful when targeting specific areas. Highly recommend

As a disabled city dweller with limited mobility, tile floors and a couple of throw rugs, this iRobot Dirt Dog offers me a very easy way to keep my apartment clean: works well in my livingroom, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen floor. Great product, worth every dollar. Thanks HSN. It's a winner!

I've been wanting one of these iRobot's and decided to start with this one. I have two dogs and wood floors. I'm so pleased with this litle guy, he is wonderful at picking up the dog hair! I wasn't sure about this around the stairs, but as advertised it knew instantly that the floor dropped off and it turned around. I would recommend this to anyone who wants more help cleaning the floors.

Love this little guy And so does my daughters little three week old puppy. It likes to ride It ! That was so cute . I have five dogs and when my husband called me from work I told him we had another dog In the house. I didn't tell him It was such a wonderful dog ,and It actually cleans up after It's self, LOL I love It everyone should have at least one I want another one.

I love this dirt dog. I have cats and dogs and use it several times a week and I LOVE IT. It is saving me so much time. For those that are having trouble with the charge--I would return the battery because mine lasts for over an hour. I leave it plugged in as it says. I have looked at this for ages and so glad I finally ordered it.

I bought this b/c my sister has an iRobt and loves it. As another viewer said, it doesn't hold the charge for very long- i found a short in either the plug or the unit itself. If you are buying b/c you have animals- i would look into another one. I am fostering a shepard and his hair clogs the machine up pretty quick. This unit does not pick up what it claims to pick up. it is not bad -if i didn't have animals it would be great but if you have several like i do, I would look at one of the other models.

I was skeptical of this technology, but after setting it off the first time, I was amazed! It is a whiz at picking up dog hair. I'd like to get a more sophisticated version in the future, but for now, this works just fine!

I love my dirt dog! This is the best thing I have ever spent money on. I have a small house and several inside animals and boy does my little helper (dirt dog) do his job. Can't wait for my grooming & boarding shop to be finished, because I will be investing in another Dirt dog. Every home should have one.

For some reason my Dirt Dog does not hold a charge. Any suggestions? I have a roomba that holds a charge. Would love to find out why the dirt dog does not.

Thank you for making this sweeper. I have hardwood floors throughout my house so I did not need a vacuum but was thrilled to see a sweeper. I got it and love it. It does a great job of my floors and goes under my chairs and around everything else wonderfully. I am now considering a Scooba.
