I am so thankful for my Tony Little Spa Inversion Massage Recliner. I ordered it because I was going to have rotator cuff surgery and was afraid I would not be able to sleep in the bed. I don't know what I would have done without it! The chair totally supported my arm so that I could sleep. I slept in it every night for about 4 weeks! The massage and heat felt wonderful as well. Thank you Tony and HSN for all of your wonderful products, great customer service, and FlexPay...luv you guys!!! I hightly recommend HSN. If you have never ordered from HSN and are wondering if you should...don't hesitate...they are GREAT!!!

I had previously owned another brand of lounge massage recliner with natural sounds in the pillow which needed to be replaced and decided to try a different more expensive brand and I am glad I did. This chair is the best I have ever seen so far and it is so comfortable that sometimes I just swing it back and lock in to a position and sit in it without turning on the massage remote, just for the position. A bit hard to assemble stickers were on backwards and so the front of the chair was placed on backwards. The other thing is it is very difficult to invert the massage patterns are very sketchy.

This chair more than met my expectations. I bought it for my husband who has back and foot pain. He is finally able to relax and get relief while laying back enjoying the incline and massage. Granted it doesn't get rid of the problem but it sure is wonderful to relax and feel the pain and tension ease. I too find my back pain is lessened by regular use of this chair.
Putting it together was a bit of a challenge as the directions aren't very clear.
The only improvement I would suggest, a stationery knob on the side of the armrest to hold onto while pulling yourself upright after reclining.

I thought this was just going to be another
gimmick in a long list of products to find relief
from severe back pain. Was I wrong. I was in a
lot of pain one day after I received this chair.
I sat back in this chair & turned on the all over
massage. In 5 min., no lie, my pain was 80%
gone. I was using a cane to walk but after I
sat in this chair I no longer needed it. Tony
thank you for saving my sanity & keeping me
from being a pain pill vegetable.

The construction of this chair is nice, however, the heat did not work, too many limitation on the chair, such as time limits or motor will overheat,do not cover with blanket. Things I would have like to have known before I purchased. The massage motors had 3 speeds, however, even at the highest it was very weak. Chair has been returned.

I love this chair the only problem is getting my grown up children out of it!! They love it.. I have Fibromyalgia and it helps with the heat and the massaging when I am having a very bad day. It is a great purchase plus it looks like a nice piece of furniture.

I just got the chair and just got it put together, and so far I am completely satisfied with how it sits, and the massage motors are way stronger than I expected them to be. I know this is not a $10,000 massage chair, but for what I paid, I couldn't be happier. My wife has back trouble, and she said she can already feel the relief on her lower back from the inversion function. Most of the reviews on here have been negative that I've seen, but when I think about it, if you're enjoying a product, you don't necessarily think about telling everyone. Now if the product isn't pleasing, then we're very quick to tear apart its reputation. So I thought I'd tell everyone how much I'm enjoying it (so far).

I give this product 2 stars only because it's a great idea for the painful back. However, the product & matrials are not of good quality. It tends to creak & strain when reclining or raising back up. Also, it does not recline far enough to get maximum relief. I would not recommend purchasing.

I got this chair as a birthday gift from my wife and all I can say is WOW, this chair is amazing! The massage feels great and it's comfortable to sit in and watch TV even without the massage. Plus the instructional video made it easy to set up the chair. Everyone should have one of these chairs for their home.

I ORDERED THIS CHAIR AND TWO DAYS LATER I READ THE REVIEWS AND WAS NOT HAPPY.I GOT IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME LESS THAN 3% OF THE PEOPLE RIGHT THESE REVIEWS.I DECIDED TO WAIT AND SEE.I KNOW PEOPLE JUMP TO WRITE SOMETHING IF ITS NEGATIVE.IF ITS POSITIVE,NOT SO MUCH.IT TOOK ME 30 MIN. I weigh 162 lbs. I had this less than 10 days and the frame snapped like a tooth pick. Fortunately I was not injured, just really shaken up. I love this chair so much that I'm going to attempt to try it again. Wish me luck.

I bought this chair as a gift for my husband, within 2 months one of the locking levers was not locking, when we called we were told that we need to ship it to Homemedics, now 7 months later the metal frame broke on both sides. Now we will be making a 2 hour trip to Homemedics to have it replaced. This truly is not worth $400!!!!!!!!!!

I admit my wife and I and everyone that comes to visit love the Tony Little Spa Inversion Massage Recliner. BUT, I have had the product just about a month and the leg support has already broke.
HomeMedics has the nerve to tell me to take the chair apart and mail it back to them to check the chair. All I want is the one piece that is broke and it is all together the back, seat and the leg rest.

I received my chair a couple of days ago and WOW! The instruction DVD is one of the best that I've seen. The chair does everything; it's comfortable, easy to use, awesome at the end of a rough day, and definitely worth the money. Compare this to the "perfect chair" at 1399. I used easy pay and wouldn't have it any other way. Tony, my hat's off to you! I don't usually write a review, but I can't let some of the negatives stand without challenging them. Do yourself a favor, buy it!!!

Purchased to alleviate neck & back problems. It came in pieces. Help w/assembly. NOT an inversion chair, recliner. The back does not go way back and the foot rest does't go high. The body massagers w/heat that go in a chair are just as good. Instructions: Can't sleep in chair, can't leave plugged up, can't use a blanket.etc. Feel like I watched an informercial.
