I bought 4 of these last year for christmas presents and one for my self. My moms broke...I contacted HSN and they sent a new one and that one then broke ( wouldnt turn on ) then just a few months ago mine stopped working as well. It also leaked water everywhere when it did work :(

The first time I tried this steamer, I was disappointed and thought I'd send it back. It seemed like the steam didn't get hot enough to do much at all. Maybe I was just tired that day, I'm not sure. But I decided to give it one more try the next day - and had a whole different experience - it worked really really well, and I had alot of fun running around my house steam cleaning everything!! Love it!!

This performance of this steamer was just ok. It did not work as well on grout as demonstrated but if did work. With a little more power and a better grout brush, it has the potential to be great. I am sending it back because I need something a little stronger.

I tried the steam cleaner on the inside of my oven door. Although it was fairly clean to begin with, the steam did not remove the residue on the glass. I would never order this product again and would not recommend it to my friends.

Purchased this based on another reviewers comment on cleaning mold on bathroom walls. Tried it and works well. Will still need to dig out grout near tub. And removed significant amount of the nasty stuff without chemicals. Considered my investment already had a great payoff!

Should have returned this product. Not good for continuous cleaning as you have to wait for the water to heat up all the time and you cannot tell what the water level is. Very heavy also.

I had many projects planned for this item. All of which I have tried since receiving it and I have to say that I was very disappointed. This item is only for small jobs. It cleans jewelry well, but anything big like a shower wall is a waste of time. It heats up quickly, however you have to continuously let it re-heat throughout the cleaning process and you have to contiuously refill it as well. Do not buy this if you have a project in mind larger than a breadbox.

Im disabled, my husband does all the cleaning and he loves it. It is very hot I clean my rings with it was great. The only thing that I would suggest is a bigger reservoir for the water. My husband has clean the blinds with it. It is very good for small jobs nothing big. You do have to wait for the 3 minutes for warm up. All pieces was with mine.

i WAS SO EXCITED WHEN MY STEAMER ARRIVED EARLIER THAN THE DATE EXPECTED, BUT WAS QUICKLY DISAPPONTED! I READ THE INSTUCTIONS THOROUGHLY AND TRIED IT OUT. IT DID NOT DO A THING EXCEPT BLOW A LITTLE SMOKE OUT - IT NEVER EVEN HEATED UP, EVEN AFTER 30 MINUTES! I'VE TRIED IT OUT SIX TIMES NOW AND IT'S DEFINITLY GOING TO BE RETURNED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS MACHINE,IT IS SO EASY TO USE AND JUST THINK NO MORE THROWING MONEY AWAY.I ALSO OWN THE BISSELL STEAM MOP. I REALLY AND TRULY RECOMMENED THIS MACHINE. MY LIFE IS SO MUCH EASIER. THANK YOU BISSEL. I ALSO PLAN ON PURCHASING THE CARPET STEAMER.

I was excited to get my Steam Shot and could not wait to try it out, what a failure it was. Heavy, cumbersome and not at all what was advertised. Did nothing to clean soap scum, stove top or steam clothes. It did clean my watch great but other than that a waste of time.Returning it today.

Just rec'd the steam shot and it was totally dysfunctional. It's missing a major accessory and it doesn't hold enough water to get a single job done. I tried to clean my tub and it did nothing on the soap scum. This is going back today!

After reading the reviews I was leary about making the purchase . I am glad I did. I have used it to clean the dirt & mold of the seats in my husband's fishing boat, windows, stove top. clean the tracks in my patio door that I had to use q tips to clean out.
Some people have noted that the brushes melted after the first use, I did not have that problem.
I am well please with the steam cleaner, and have recommended it to several people.

AFTER I RECEIVED THIS STEAM CLEANER I USED IT IN MY BATHROOM AND KITCHEN ON MY TILE. IT DID NOTHING FOR EITHER. I FEEL THAT I WASTED MY MONEY! I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT BUT NOW IT IS TOO LATE. DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE WAY IT WAS ADVERTISED! I AM GLAD FOR THOSE THAT HAD GOOD LUCK WITH IT BUT AGREE WITH THOSE WHO RATED IT POOR.

LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS I WAS EXCITED WHEN I RCVD MY STEAM SHOT. GOT IT AND HEADED STRAIGHT TO THE BATHROOM. DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN I PLUGGED IT IN AND STEAM WAS COMING FROM EVERY WHERE AND NOT TO MENTION I HAD SEVERAL MISSING PARTS. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED AND DONT THINK I WILL BE ORDERING FROM THE NAME BISSELL AGAIN! TOO BAD I HAVE TO GIVE IT AT LEAST 1 STAR. GOING BACK ASAP!

I bought the Steam Shot to remove wallpaper and it work wonderful. I tried Downy (googled online) didn't work very well then I bought DIF and that didn't work any better, but this little steamer worked great. I was leary with the small scraper but it worked so fast it didn't matter. Just worked great.
