If you order at different times, you could be getting a surprise. Color was not the exact same. Love the storage space I have now, but next time I will order enough for the job.

Love hangers although quality isnt as good as previously sets. Want to buy assesories set (satchets, sachet hangers, boxes, cascading hooks and finger clips, steamer hanger, tie/belt hanger)--4-bar hangers were sold separately but no more. Wish 4-bar & build-a-bar hangers were made sturdier; they bow w/jeans. Agree 2-sided organizer & shoulder protecters are poorly made. Have given hangers as gift as they do keep clothes on hangers even spaghetti strapped items.

These hangers have been a very big disappointment. There was one broken hanger in the box when they arrived. Four broke the first time I used them. Since then, as least 15 more have fallen apart. I will never purchase her products again.

I own hundreds of huggable hangers. The early ones were great. On this order, the GLUE SHOWS on some of them. Several BROKE after two months normal usage. These left black velvet like hairs on garments which was very difficult to get off. Since no longer a HSN exclusive (can buy for same price at local mid-range department store) quality has dropped. At HSN you get a lot of freebies for the price so it is a better deal at HSN, but I no longer recommend them because of the decline in quality.

Very dissapointed. The hooks are coming apart not strong enough.
Thought that I was going to save space in my closet and that was not at all. Will never buy these hangers again. Not happy at all. After organizing my closet with the hangers had to spend another day trying to glue the hooks back on.

I love my huggable hangers. I ordered one set and loved it so much I ordered another. The extras are very cheaply made, but will use them until they fall apart. My husband was skeptical, but even he likes them. Don't know if I'll order anymore, but so far so good as I have had none fall apart.

The hangers don't slide well in a Closet Maid system and several hangers have seperated from the hooks.
I like the way the clothes hang and stay in place, I've hung all my robes and night gown sets, as well as tank tops and they stay perfect as she demonstrates.
I just feel like the quality isn't very good.

I recently purchased the 8th anniversary set.I was VERY SCEPTICAL. I like the hangers a lot and they did give me more space in the closet. I haven't had any defective yet...They've been in my closet for about 3 weeks now. I've just ordered another set. I like the clips and the cascading hooks but wish you could buy them separately because there weren't enough in the set. Also the extras (organizer and shoulder covers seemed a bit cheap and not really useful) So far I really love them!

I finally received my order yesterday after 2 "delays". 5 hangers were broken, and many were stuck together. When I pulled them apart the material tore. The plastic covers and "pocket hanger" were very cheaply made. I'm glad I did not give these as a gift as I had planned.
The only positive was it did help reduce the amount of space needed to hang clothes. Not worth the $$ spent!

Watch out for the over the door hooks. They don't work! Just like other customers complainted about the 3-way mirror hanging mechanism, they are too thick. You can't close the door once you put them on. I bought other over the door hooks from local stores. They worked much better. Also the other stuff they throw in the pack, like the shoulder covers and pocket organizers were cheap products made of heap plastics with bad odor. Very easy to tear.

I just bought the 8th anniversary pack. I do love how they look. My closet looks very organized everything hangs so perfectly. I just bought a second set to do another closet. The only issue I have is there were not enough cascading hooks and you can not by them seperately. After reading all the bad review I really hope mine last, but so far I love them.

Love the hanger.But and this is a big but, the reason I ordered this time was I really liked the idea of the organizer. Problem is, it is supposed to hang in the closet, but does not come with a hanger that works with it. The opening is too small to put a huggable hanger into it. Hangers don't bend to insert it. I came online to see how it is shown in the product description and they do not show the top or what type of hanger is used with it. Anyone have any ideas on how to make this work??

I ordered 4 sets of the 80 packs and was disappointed with the Pink Ribbon color. It is very dull and does not look pink at all. I got this color for my 12 year old daughter because she LOVES pink and thought it would match her room, It Did Not!!. The bright red, purple and olive colors are ok. I will donate the pink ribbon, and maybe order the bright pink in the future. Hopefully Joy offer a more girly (Baby)pink next time.

Well, of the four packs of 20 hangers each in the box, 3 of the packs were sealed & one was not. When I took the hangers out of the open pack, a hook fell out. It was broken off of one of the hangers in that pack. Then I noticed that the box appeared to have been taped more than once. Like it had been returned to HSN, retaped, and sent to me without the pack being closed like the other 3 & they didn't notice/pay attention that there was a broken hanger in there. Returning product.

Look nice in closet. Feel light & cheap compared to plastic hangers have been using. Downsizing amount of clothes...Don't think these cut clothing to half space, but will help space. 8 cascading hooks are great! Would liked to have 3 times as many. They are not sold separately-that's a shame. Have heard some of the hanger hooks break - not mine but just started using them. Surprised that Joy can continue to advertise these as non-breakable.

I loved my first set of hangers. I ordered the 96 pk last June. Quality was great and the Wedgewood Blue with the Chrome was beautiful. Well, I needed more and got a 36 pack. After returning what looked like a gray color, I finally received something close to my blue. Just ordered another 80 pk and it's the same faded gray color and I'm really disqusted. The quality has gone down hill and I've only ordered these within the last 6 months.

Reading old reviews, I was afraid my hangers will come stuffed with peanut styrofoam (thank god it did not!). It was nicely packed and so far I
have not seen a broken hanger YET. It's nice but a bit thin I think. The compartment bag (I'm not sure what's it called) that they said was a $40 value by itself was not too awesome. It looks kinda cheap BUT I bought this item for the hangers, not the freebies it came with. All in all I think it really helped organize my closet.

The hangers do change the overall appearance of my closet; however I’m very disappointed with the quality (workmanship) of the hangers. The actual hook is glued to the hanger and on many of the hangers there’s dried up (hard) glue that will damage any delicate fabric and it doesn’t look so nice either. Some of the hooks came off the actual hangers(5 as of today); I just hope this doesn’t continue to happen. Also the fabric on some of the hangers was damaged and several hooks were tarnished.

This is my 2nd set of hangers so obviously I like them, but the bonus organizer bag was so inferior in quality that I threw it in the trash. Joy PLEASE PUT ENOUGH CLIPS IN PKG TO COVER ALL THE HANGERS PLEASE. I like to hang my suits together and need clips. Also, please stop shouting during presentations and let up see the product colors more.
