The cleanser leaked all over, so the bottle was only half full. I requested an exchange and received it today. Had the same problem with the cleanser again. Returning this also. Haven't had much time to try the conditioning gel to see if it really works. The eyelash curler is very cheap and doesn't curl the lashes very well.

I received today and the cleanser was not sealed and leaking also no tube into the product to dispense. Never seen anything this poor from hsn and I buy lots of beauty items. I haven't tried the products themselves yet.

What a terrible product and I've always thought HSN carried such nice high end products. First of all this product leaked out of the bottle and it was all over. Second of all I threw away the elelash curler as it was broken and a piece of junk. The mascara isn't nearly as good as Revlon or other over the counter products. I'm sending back everything but the eyelash curler and expect to have my money returned.

The eyelash curler is cheap plastic, dosen't even curl your lashes, I like the eye makeup remover and the bag but not worth keeping for the price.

The conditioner is so-so. The eyelash curler is made for a barbie doll (so small) The eye make up remover is not up to the melt down I always use. I would have been happier with just the conditioner in a larger size.
