I have the red paisley and I like it. I do agree that the opening is a bit clumsy because you can't tell which way it opens. I think the chain is way too long. I have carried it and opened it several times and it appears to hold up. I'd really love to see W&D design a frame bag about 13"w x 8"h and in solid colors like black and silver. I have several W&D bags and like them alot. I don't save them for special occasions though, I use them for every day bags.

I purchased the red paisley and it is gorgeous! I love the color and the quality is superb. If it came in black or gold, I'd buy another one. I plan to carry this at my son's wedding this fall.

My enthusiasm at having my waitlist order fulfilled so fast was short-lived. I ordered the red paisley and was disappointed. I have mesh Whiting & Davis pieces and felt that the quality in this one did not measure up to that standard. It was too lightweight and the red in the print looked like a bad paint job that might one day come off. So I returned it to HSN.

I GOT THE SILVER BUT YOU REALLY DONT SEE THE DESIGN WELL EVEN UP-CLOSE. I ALSO AGREE THAT THE BAG IS 'THICK' AND THE CHAIN LOOKS SO CHEAP THAT I WOULD REMOVE IT, IF I WAS GOING TO KEEP THIS BAG-WHICH I'M NOT. THE CLASP IS CLUMSY AND HARD TO WORK WITH. MINE ALSO ARRIVED WITH SCRATCHES ON THE CLASP SO I GUESS I GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S RETURN. I READ EVERYONES REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING IF AVAILABLE, AND I KEEP READING ABOUT THE DECLINE IN QUALITY CONTROL. HSN ARE YOU READING AND HEARING US?

When trying to decide whether to keep an item, I always critique it as to what would have made it better for the same price. The beauty was lessened because this minaudiere is proportionally slightly too fat -a marginally thinner version would have made it look FAR more sleek & expensive. Besides the long silver chain which also looks a little cheap, I would have included a second chain like a fashion black or white resin smallish style link on the zebra.

I HAVE THIS BAG IN THE RED PAISLEY, NOT ONLY IS IT BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL MADE, ITS COMFORTABLE TO HOLD AS A CLUTCH AND THE PERFECT SIZE. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE CLOSURE ON MINE.

This bag is so beautiful. Was extremely pleased with the way it looked. However, I took it to a wedding and after opening and closing the bag several times to get things out of the purse, it would not close. I tried many times but ended up having to carry it under my arm holding it shut. It's going back.

I usually have to defend my purse and clutch obsession by explaining the perfectness of each of my purchases. However, when I pulled this one out of the box my husband took one look at it and said, "Cool, looks like a piece of art". High praise, indeed, and it certainly is accurate. The clutch is very well made; nice weight and perfect size. Mesh is a tight and smooth weave that won't wiggle or catch like poorly made mesh accessories. This one is a keeper - even hubby agrees!

I ordered this in the black paisley and absolutely love it. I can fit quite a bit inside and either use as a clutch or shoulder clutch. The pattern is not overpowering, but very classy. I love this clutch and will probably order the red.

I ordered this bag in the red paisley and it is beautiful. It is small but has ample room for my cell phone, lipstick, cash, ID, etc. It feels so good!
