Ordered the Cola colored throw and had high expectations due to all the positive reviews. Well...I am shipping mine back. There wasn't any odor but it was just plain ugly! It felt scratchy also. Major disappointment with shipping charges both ways cost me $14 just to look at it!

Well didnt' know much about mohair,but its a Nate product, love soft throws, any throws that look like grandma made it or old fasion, this is truly soft and when laying on my couch, its just enough warmth but not heavy at all. and its hot here but going in and out, you tend to get cool coming in from heat. p.s. my puppies love this throw for chewing(but now allowed)because of its softness, their teething. I ordered 3 and it matches everything.

I like my throw, it arrived nicely package and without any odor. It is soft and I like the color. It is worth the sale price but, the original price does not justify this item. Love Nate his fine design has given a much up-to-date look to my home. Please keep em coming Nate...

I was prepared for a slightly off odor when I received the throw after reading the very helpful reviews. The aroma isn't a big deal to me however. I think it will go away. The throw is super soft,and the color is accurately described as cola. This throw is a good buy on clearance. Certainly i have no reservations about recommending it.

Mine also had a slight 'natural' odor and felt a bit scratchy.
Most newer washing machines have a wool setting, so I washed mine on 'wool' and then ran it thru the dryer on 'no heat/rack dry' to fluff it. I finished up by letting it air dry, which didn't take very long. It came out beautifully...no smell and very soft.
Out shopping last week I saw an identical throw in a specialty shop~if not identical, one couldn't tell. Price~$89.00
I should buy more of these for gifts...it's that nice.

are major qualities of this mohair throw not to mention the incredible price! I received my 2nd one today (Cola) & absolutely love it. Also have the one in Oatmeal. There was a slight odor but it completely disappeared once the throw was out of the box. Do not let this keep you from getting such a spectaculor piece! I wish it was still available in the charcoal as I would order that color as well. I have many of Nate's creations & they are all to die for.Go for it! You will not be disappointed!

The throw is very soft. Color varies in pattern. But the odor is something else. Smell alot like oil. Hope it airs out soon or it will be going back!!!

I just recieved this today and it is lovely and warm ...I was so glad to see the mohair item...I had a 100% mohair cardigan years ago and just loved it...this is a keeper ! I got the cola and it is a b eautiful color...Wyvonne in Texas

I've been looking for a nice warm throw for a while, and this one fits the bill! It's nice and soft, too. I can curl up in it and read a book or watch TV. I'm so glad I found it!

A very nice mohair throw. However, when I opened the bag the odor of the throw is nasty. The washing instructions are for dry clean only. Any suggestions on how to remove this ungodly odor?
