This has the potential to be a cute item, so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortnately I have received a couple of these & each was damaged: the latest was the nose broken right off. None of the shipping cartons appear damaged, which leads me to believe that this is how they leave HSN &/or Sorelle. So, while Sorelle items CAN BE lovely, my word of advice is INSPECT THEM PROMPTLY & CAREFULLY. Also run your fingers over them to feel for sharp and dangerous chips that your eyes may not notice.

This cute little snowman arrived yesterday. Just adorable! The crystal is excellent with no bubbles or defects. My experience with the Sorelle line has been very positive. Thanks!
