After reading the reviews on this ring I wasn't expecting such a beautiful ring. Every time I wear it someone compliments me on it. I just got back from a Cruise today and wore it everyday. I received compliments in the dining room, the casino, every where I went someone paid me a compliment. That say's alot to me. People notice the brilliant true tanzanite color, cut and large size. I told everyone where I purchased it, so, if your thinking about buying one you better do so now cause I know several ladies who will be purchasing one by weeks end. As a matter of fact, I am purchasing 2 more for my daughters as Christmas gifts.

The tanzanit looks nothing like the picture. I was hoping that maybe it would be deep lilac like it shows, but no its pale, pale lilac. IT does sparkle.You can hardley tell its tanzanite. I am pretty sure its going back.

I purchased this ring on clearance so expected it not to be the very best color. I have worn the ring for several days and in different types of lighting the stones have different intensities of color, the deepest of which is in natural light and flourescent lighting. It appears less colorful with incandescent lighting. However, I have been very pleased with the overall color of the stones which at times come close to what was actually pictured on HSN.

Are you making big bucks on returns, HSN?
Why else put these embellished pictures on the website and create a different color by studio lights? BE WARNED buyers, this is not even CLOSE to the color shown, reality: same old pale cheap stuff.

It's a beautiful ring and the two different cuts in the stones make it unique and very special. Color is mid-range and lovely. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit uncomfortable on the hand. (I can live with that because the ring is exceptional!)

I purchased this ring and was impressed. The ring, although beautiful, is wider than I normally would like on my hands and felt uncomfortable with fingers on either side of the ring so... I improvised and plan on wearing on my pointer finger. Much better!

I love this ring! I have a very pricey Tanzanite and Diamond bracelet that was purchased at a high-end jewelry store a few years ago. I have not worn it much at all until I saw this ring and the Tanzanite heart pendant and purchased both. The much lower priced HSN pieces match the higher priced bracelet perfectly.

i was expecting quite a bit more than what i got for 300 plus dollars we have here a typical multirow band ring which would be incredible if the color saturation of the stones were what is pictured on the web page. however these stones look like iolite. they are the color of a slightly washed out amythist. tanzanite is bluish purple. the blue is missing in these stones. this ring has shine and sparkle, however if i didn't know better, i would think it was a good iolite ring.
