This is a wonderful product for night eye skin protection but as so many other customers have mentioned I also dislike the tube. The original gold tube wasn't any better. The metal was sharp as I squeezed the tube and I actually cut myself on it. However I like the ointment so much I've ordered it again and again!!!!! Please think about a small jar . Being able to dab this on each night would be a nice convenience rather than fight with tubes!!!.

I'm almost 60 and I credit this eye elixir at night and the Moroccan eye serum for day with giving me a great looking eye area. However, on the third use mine also exploded on the end. I scaped the product off the vanity and cut the tube down the middle to scape the remainder out and put it into a small container that will allow for much more ease of use. Could this not be packaged alone in the jar as is the Targeted Zone Eye Care Duo?

I am a faithful Signature Club A customer for over 12 years and this is the first product I have had issues with. It makes the skin under my eyes breakout in to a itchy red rash. It last for 4-5 days and no mkeup covers it. I am a fair white female in my 30's. I tried to return it and they said no because it has been more than 30 days. I am really disappointed.

I too love this product but I had the same problem as others with the tube. Mine exploded after I attempted to get out the product! I didnt consider returning it because the stuff came out the sealed end. Oh well. Next time I will let HSN know.

it is difficult to squeeze out of the tube. Either it's too thick for the opening or the opening is too small, or both.

I liked this product-very moisturizing. I would gently squeeze tube nozzle right under my eye area until one evening I wondered why product wasn't coming out-well tube had split right at the seam & ointment was all over sink! AHHH! Product is too thick to be in this tube. What a bummer but HSN was awesome:-)

I've been buying this product for years and I love the elixir. I have very dry skin and this is the only thing that helps the delicate skin around my eyes. But the new tube holds 25% less and it very hard to get the elixir out of. I have to run hot water on the tube so the elixir will soften and come out easier. I think the opening is just to small.

Thank you for the new packaging...hated the old, metal tube! I gently pat a small amount on the eye contour, about an hour before going to bed. It keeps that area from drying out overnight...especially during the Winter when I have to turn back the heat. If your eye creams don't cut it during the cold, try this! I've used it for years, and normally use Clarins!
