I LOVE MY PINK GATEWAY! Its the COOLIST!!!! I have been useing it for about a week and no problems. I have been wanting a laptop forever but could not affored it. Thanks to HSN flex pay, now i can affored it. So my Christmas is good.

The laptop itslef was okay. The bigget problem I had was returning the product. I was bounced around, plus the original box came with nothing about how or where to send it back at. I was also put on hold for long times. Finally all they did was give me a number and told me to give it to Fedex. Fedex is 30 miles away and yet I can't return it anywhere else. This has been a very annoying process and will not ever get something that is not straight from HSN again.

I love the pink color and the weight of the computer. I have not had any problems with the computer and I do not plan on having any problems. This is my second Gateway computer from HSN. The first computer is still functioning like it is brand new. I passed it to my husband and he loves it. Gateway makes the best laptops.

Takes a long time to boot/shut down. Takes a while to enter sites. The screen is only clear at a certain angle.
It did'nt come with a manual so didn't know how to use the webcam.
Went to the the Gateway website and sent request for assistance. after 4 days and still no answer i gave up.
To return item i had to contact Gateway. HSN does not take the return. Gateway put me on hold for 10 min. Then they transferred me to the return dept for another hold period.

I purchased the pink one and love it, I have now 4 computers and I really didnt need this one but for the price and the choice of colors as well as the free programs you just cant pass a deal up like this

I love this laptop! I ordered the pink one and it is so stylish. The graphics are awesome and it is super fast. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and no problems. I'm very happy with my purchase :-)

I have very basic computer skills, and usually depend on my husband to set all electronics but he is deployed at the moment so this was left to me. First off I took it out of the box and it is beautiful. Set up was a breeze, and the colors on the screen are vibrant. The flex pay was the big factor in me choosing this laptop with christmas comming up. I would most definitly recommend this computer to anyone in the market. I love it!!!

I just received my pink laptop. It was very easy to set up, the color is gorgeous I found a wireless mouse that matches. I have not had any problems with the computer. The screen is bright and vivid, I purchased a home computer from HSN 10 years ago made by Gateway and absolutely loved it. When I had issues that I needed help with Gateway was just a click away. Definately purchase this laptop if you need one, it's a great buy.

I brought myself an early Christmas gift and I am very satified and the price is really nice. I got the Pink one and I love it even thought I am not a Pinky person. The screen is a nice size and nice and bright. I am still navigating through all the programs and the easy navigation is really good too.

My boyfriend bouqht me this for my birthday, the pink one of course, and I LOVE it, especially the color..nice and shiny!! I can't wait to start using some of the programs it comes with. The price is good only because it comes with 6 discs, otherwise this computer is only like 650 on ebay. But the payment plan works. The screen is beautiful and it doesn't get as hot as most laptops do when they are on your lap for long periods of time. And the multimedia buttons are above the keyboard!

I wanted something that I could easily take with me from home, to campus, and to the office.Originally, I wanted a smaller laptop because I really wanted something lightweight - but I'm happily surprised at how light it is compared to my other laptop of the same size.
The screen is fantastic - very crisp, clear and bright. The keyboard has a nice "soft" feel to it that makes it pleasant to type on.
Overall, I think it's a wonderful computer and a fantastic deal for the price.

Recieved this computer and it has been working great. It was easy to use right out of the box. I downloaded my personal things on it and it still works fast. The color is beautiful I got the pink and I love it.

I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! EASY TO USE. I'M NOT TECH SAVVY SO A COMPUTER GUY CAME OVER AND SET ME ALL UP....HAD NO PROBLEMS AND I WAS USING IT RIGHT AWAY. TOLD ME IT WAS A GREAT COMPUTER. EASY TO USE, LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. I'M A PUBLISHED AUTHOR AND THIS WILL COME IN VERY HANDY FOR ALL MY NEEDS. I REALLY ENJOY THE "PINK" COLOR TOO! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS!

especially with the flex-pay. It has a beautiful, clear screen. I am not sure what buttons the other person was looking for on their 'puter. It runs fast and very cool. I have had it on my lap for the past 6 hrs, and no problems with the temperature. My problem with laptops is the mouse, so that is my next purchase. I don't care what the other reviews say, but I LOVE mine. It's very fast, and the clarity of the screen is great. If you don't like it, you can always return it!

Beautiful Powder Puff Pink Notebook. Gateway is always has a winning product. This is the third Gateway notebook I bought from HSN all on flex pay. multi-media buttons are sleekly hidden! Thanks to HSN for making great products affordable enough to make my family tech-savy, fashionable and mobile!!

Right out of the box had this up and running in 15-20 mins tops. Took it on vacation last weekend and it worked great at the hotel. Excellent at multitasking, speed is good (I have a Dell XPS desk top so I'm used to super fast speed). Loaded my own game in, plays great. I am very happy with this laptop and highly reccomend. The pink is a very pretty color and the key board is gray so they wont get dirty looking with time.

Out of the box and online in about 15-20 minutes. It's absolutely beautiful! Not sure if I like the new Vista yet, but that's a Microsoft issue and has nothing to do with the laptop. Definitely recommend!
