I was not impressed with the watch or bands. Since it was a sale Item I gave it an average. The stones were dull and the bands were cheap looking. Could purchase same at Wal-mart.

I bought one for myself a couple years ago in gold. I just got one for my Mom in silver and she loves her's too! It's a cool idea to be able to make so many different looks. Bands are a little thin and wouldn't take too much to break so go easy on them. I would buy again!

I expected the watch bands to be of better quality. They are all frayed and look terrible and it has been less than a year. So now I have a nice watch and NO watch bands. Any ideas? And I bought one for me and one for a gift. Was a pretty lousy gift.

I have had this watch for a week now and have worn it most everyday changing out the bands and facing. I have had no problems what so ever and find it very easy to work. I am so glad that I ordered this product. It was more cost effective then buying a bunch of watches to match all my outfits.

I loved this watch. Wore constantly since May. 3 months later watch bands are almost in shreds. Trying to find band replacements. Must go thru Gruen repair shop - No phone number -all communication via mail. Most popular bands, black & white, no longer wearable. Would gladly pay more for sturdier bands that take normal wear&tear. Bands cannot withstand handling req'd to switch out & wear daily. What a disappointment! Something that looked fabulous cannot withstand normal usage!

I just love my new watch with all the different straps and bezels! So much versatility. You can mix and match the bezels and straps for so many combinations. I did receive a dud (dead & watch hands wouldn't set) but called Customer Service and they sent out a new set immediately. If fact, when USP came (Lenny, so cute! aah.. oh, where was I?) I handed him the package to return and everything went so smoothly. The new watch is Perfect, I inspected it thoroughly and I couldn't be happier. Love it!

Just rec'd this watch & wore it first time today. I bought the silver & gold, glad I did. B/c the numbers match the metal, can't really use one in place of the other. It is not a classic dress watch, but it is fabulous for what it is and for the versatility it provides. The bezel loosens a little, so just remember to check it through the day. So glad I purchased these. :-)

was rec'd with a dead battery. The replacement was a return from someone else. The bands were worn and there were extra holes made for a smaller wrist. If anyone at HSN cares about quality control, this issue will be fixed. I did not pay full price for this watch to be sent a used product. I spend about $1000 per month on jewelery and the quality control has gotten sloppy. Hope it was worth losing a customer for life.

I was worried when I purchased this set that it wouldn't hold up to daily wear, but I've been switching out the bands and bezels daily for 6 months now and am so pleased with this purchase! After having read other reviews, I always check the bezel to be sure it has not loosened throughout the day (and each time it's secure). LOVE LOVE LOVE the versatility of this set and for the money... WOW Beautiful on a Budget!

It's big mistake to order this watch! It looks so cheap to me and the qulity of straps were so urgley. I shouldn't listen Colleen's commends. top of that, I ordered two sets and one of them was used ( must be returned by others).

I purchased this watch set when it was the Today's Special and am truly enjoying it. I would love to see more bezel and watch band colors introduced for the summer...like a hot pink, a purple, a marigold yellow, etc.

I love this watch but watch your bezels. Now that I have lost one, I do. Make sure they don't work themselves loose. I lost the black one (which I liked alot). But I still wear the other sets. The watch is great.

I LOVE this set!! It's so much fun mixing the bands and bezels..I have a watch for every outfit!! The gold and silver bands do look like they will wear out easily so I try to use them the least. But both look so great with the crystal bezel :) I bought it as a TSV and it was worth every penny. Wish I would've purchased another one!

I'm not into watches but I bought my mom this watch for Xmas and she absolutely loved it. She's always mixing and matching items with the bands and bezels. If you know someone or if you are someone who absolutely loves pieces that coordinate, this item is definitely for you.

I can read this watch with one look. i don't have time to fuss with anything thing at work this watch matches all my clothes and jewelery. Just be careful not to get the watch bands too wet. they fall apart. Well worth it to have a "watch wordrobe"

I love this watch set. It's very easy to use, the straps are holding up well and the face of the watch is easy to see. The straps are comfortable and I've had no problems with any of them. You get many great looks with one great price. Thanks HSN!

I tried every bezel and strap upon receipt. Unfortunately 1 bezel is chipped around the edges and the 2 metallic straps were missing pieces of the metallic upon opening the box for the first time. I, like the other customers, will not return for risk of losing the good quality pieces received, but will not be able to wear the metallic bands (which was one of the reasons originally ordered). If you are willing to return or take chances on the quality, the watch is very nice otherwise.

I bought this in the silver and the gold. The face of the watch is great because the numbers are so easy to read. Great colors for the bands and interchangeable tops. There are so many ways to wear this watch. It is a great fashion accessory. Thanks Gruen for such a fabulous combination of affordable options.
