I bought these to keep 1 and give 1 as a gift.
Host never mention you only get 1 usb cable and 1 set of the software.
Otherwise Photo Keychain are working well.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! I bought this and as soon as I took it out of the wrapper and did EXACTLY what the directions told me to do IT FROZE!!!!!! No matter what I did I couldn't UNFREEZE it, So I had to send it back in the FROZEN mode. DO YOU BELIEVE THAT. I was so angry as HSN for allowing the MERCHANT TO CONTINUE TO SELL THIS JUNK AND MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER. SHAME ON YOU HSN!!!!!

Got these to give as 4 seperate gifts, was going to download photos and hand out, problem is there is only one usb cord. Maybe I missed the show where you mentioned there was only one USB cord. I will know what questions to ask for future purchases.

I'm the 8th person that gave 1 star & that's because we couldn't give 0 stars. I watched the discription several times which was very deceptive.I bought several, just to have to pay to send them back.2 gifts for the price of 1. Impossible & with these reviews I'm surprised you're still selling it.

Love the product, hate that only one person can use it. Please HSN give us all of the information. Thought I'd simply buy another cable, but that costs more than this entire product. Very frustrating to find out that I couldn't gift it the way I wanted to. Otherwise it's a fantastic little gadget. Please include another cable next time!

i bought these to give as 2 seperate gifts. i found out only one usb cable and one set of software. the first person doesn't have a computer, so no way to charge it back up if there were a second usb cable. not very happy with product, definately going back. now i have to look for something else to give, thanks alot

Got these to give as 2 seperate gifts, was going to download photos and hand out, problem is there is only one usb cord and no way for them to be recharged or reloaded by the recipient due to they do not own computers and they live in a different state. I did not see this on the show I looked through the web sight for gift ideas and thought this would have been great how decieving on the description of this product.

I was really disappointed. Upon receiving opened up and one worked the other did not. I was actually giving them to two family members that lived in the same house, so packaging did not matter to me. But the fact that they were defective really bothered me. Too bad, I ordered because they were RCA. Ended up getting 2 different brands at a big box store instead.

SAME HERE. YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE PERSON TWO OF THESE. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS TOLD US ON THE PRESENTATION. I AM GETTING TIRED OF ALL THE BS TOLD BY THE HOSTS LATELY.

I bought 15 of these to give to 30 friends. Well, forget it. the 2 keychains are packaged together with one cable and one set of software. The presentation on HSN was very deceiving leading you to think that you could give this as 2 separate gifts. Mine are all going back. Too bad I will have to pay the shipping
