I purchased this product for my daughter as a gift. We love it! It works great. The unit is easy to load and use.
I also wish I had purchased additional units.
The unit does need to be charged regularly (every few days). It probably plays for 4 hours before it needs charging.

I ordered this for christmas.I downloaded the music onto the player.this MP3 player worked fine at first,all of a sudden the volume went low and would not go up at all! I returned this product within a week of purchase.

I bought this product over Christmas and happy with it. I changed my antivirus/spyware protection just recently and it detected Malware/Spyware. Make sure when connecting the device to have your antivirus software to scan.

I purchesed this MP3 player when it was a special, my only regret is that I didn't buy more, I did however call back and purchased 2 more for my Husband and my Son. They are great , I used it when I walk daily, clip it on that's it. I love it !!!. I wish HSN would run them again, I would purchase again. Thanks.

I purchased this product on sale (color: turquoise) and am very happy with it. I'm sorry I didn't buy two at that price. I downloaded music without a problem and the quick start was very helpful - this was my first purchase of an MP3 player so I never downloaded music before. But after reading the other reviews, it appears I was just lucky.

This product was very easy to operate. It helps me to pass the time while I work out or jog. It is easy to upload music and the quickstart is a very good guideline.

I bought 2 when they were on special for $19. Just plug it in, let it do its thing, then drag and drop your mp3's. I can then plug it into my car radio's USB connection and it plays fine. I have another Augen I bought from HSN a few months ago and it works great too. I love these little gadgets. For the money, I couldn't be happier. I kind of wish I had bought a couple more at that price. They were so cheap I could put different play lists on a different color and never have to load them again!

I cannot get this to work, and when I hooked it to my computer (Windows XP) it shut down. When I booted up again, a message read "this is a serious error" "Blue screen error caused by a device or driver" "This type of error means the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from potential data corruption or loss." I tried to contact the company by phone and web but no one was available to talk to. I found the instructions difficult and the support nil, so this is being sent back.

I GO TTHIS FOR MY WEDDING AVN WAZ BIG SURPRISE ALL IT DID WAS PLAY TEST MUSIC CABLE FOR PC DID NOT FIT ALL THE WAY IN TO THE MP3 PLAYER WOULD NOT DOWN LOAD MUSIC NO MATTER WHAT I TRYED DID NOT SHUT OFF WAS CHARGE UP,I GOT A NOTHER BRAND OF MP3 FOR ME GUSSE I'LL SEND THIS BACK,VERY SAD AS I ALWAZ SHOP WITH HSN BUT MAYBE I WELL GO WITH THE OTHER OUT OF PA,WE GOT THE PINK MP3 FROM HSN.BUYER BE WEAR!!!!

The sound quality is great. It''s so light and easy to clip on. This is my first MP3 player and I LOVE IT! you can erase and redownload other music. It does not work with I-tunes , but I had tons of cd, downloaded the music off of my favorites and it was great. i am amazed at the great sound. I am 68 and if i can do it, anyone can. it will be great for the beach, and tuning out your husband :)

I found this real easy to use. no problem downloading music. the sound is great! real clear. i am getting a few more as gifts! i am not that good with computers but the instructions real clear and simple!

NO MATTER WHAT WE TRIED WE COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK AND MY DAUGHTER KNOWS HOW TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC SINCE SHE HAS A AN IPOD. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT DOES NOT WORK WITH ITUNES BUT EVEN WHEN TRYING TO LOAD OTHER MUSIC STILL NO LUCK. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK. I BOUGHT 2 AND WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THESE.

I purchased 4 of these for Christmas. I do the twelve days of Christmas and this looked super cool. 2nd day's gift was this mp3. My son's worked great but my daughter's loaded but wouldn't charge or play. It smelled hot and would almost burn to the touch (could not hold in hand). I opened the other two and again 1 worked and 1 did not.I am sending back for a replacement. The two that worked happened to be silver, the pink and turqoise did not work.

Was really looking forward to getting this.. but was disappointed when received. Was able to sync playlist from Windows Media center on my laptop >> but all I kept getting when hitting "play" button was the test music..
Back it went ... agree with comments from CA .. not user friendly ... my other MP3 is " drag and drop" & in 15 minutes I have tunes..

This is too cool. Received yesterday. I just followed the directions & it was a snap to download music & charge it at the same time. The sound quality is great. It's so light and easy to clip on. Great when exercising, running or just doing things around the house. This is my first MP3 player and I LOVE IT! If they get it in stock again, I'll get another. And yes, you can erase and redownload other music.

I'm 56, not a computer geek, but it took only a few minutes to figure out how to get the music from my Windows Media Player playlist into this tiny little thing. WOW! I never liked the portable CD players because they were clunky and skipped; that cannot be said about this. The music sounds great. Now I'm trying to figure out if it has the flexibility to allow me to erase the original playlists I put in so that I can personalize them. I sure hope so!

I purchased this or my son and he is unable to download songs on it. Is not user friendly to download songs.
