I have used this item a few times and it is not what I expected..I would not buy this item ever again and would not refer this item.

I cannot believe that HSM is still selling this piece of junk. Like many, I fell for all the hype. On TV,they ran the banner that stated "individual results will vary". It was noted that models had been using Dermawand for 2 years or more, thus their facial results. Wish I had donated the $100 to charity instead of donating it to Dermawand!

I LOVE this product. No it wont face lift, YES it makes your skin baby smooth, YES it deminishes fine lines.It is a Zit Zapper too! i start to get a pimple and zap it with this and the pimple never develops, awesome!The smell you only notice the first few times and is stronger if you dont use lotion, you are meant to use lotion.Ever smell a ionizer? same thing, its purifying the skin.We spend 65.00 on a jar of cream/chemicals and what results do we see? This honestly shows results in a few days!

I had the same problem that Linda had, I also returned the product directly to DermaWand and they said they didn't get it, they are scamming the public and I think that HSN should not deal with companies that do this, SCAM COMPANY, shame on HSN

I have been using this product now for over 5 weeks,I can really feel the tightness,like you would feel in abs doing situps. Instead of twice a day, I use this atleast 30 mins every morning with my own creams..My sagging wrinkles below my cheeks (due to smoking and lack of elasticity) are firming up and are decreasing and am losing the puffiness. By the way I am 58 yrs old.with thin sagging fair skin..Cant wait to see the results in the next 5 weeks..I say try it, you wont be dissapointed....

What a disappointment! What was even more disappointing was the return of this item - since it was shipped directly from vendor and returned to vendor, return was a nightmare! They claim never to have received the return, so no credit - I'm paying for product that was not what was advertised and waste of money! Make sure you get a tracer # when you return, otherwise HSN WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!

Didn't see any results, using twice a day. With Susanne Somers
Facemaster...the results are noticable right away...I am gonna stick with that. That is something I can recommend.

HI,GOT THIS ABOUT A WEEK OR SO AGO..HAVE BEEN USING IT FAITHFULLY.I ALMOST DIDN'T PURCHASE IT BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS.ANYWAY I HAVE FOUND AN IMPROVEMENT AROUND THE LOWER EYE ON THE BONY PROMINENCE AND ON THE JOWL AREA THAT HAD "U"SHAPED LINES WHICH ARE NOW ALMOST GONE.I'M SURE THE DEEPER WRINKLES MAY TAKE A LOT LONGER, BUT I CAN "FEEL" THE TIGHTNESS IN THE MUSCLES. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT OH, BY THE WAY,I'M 79..AND IF IT WORKS FOR ME, WELL THINK ABOUT IT...

I tried the DermaWand as directed.However, their skin products completely dried my skin and were too harsh. I did see some reduces puffiness around the eyes but only on the first day of use. My skin did have some slight peeling while in use. but the wand seem cheaply made(Made in China).The only thing I liked was the hot pink carrying case.This product is way too much money and not worth it for me.

I simply love this device. My eyes tend to get puffy in the morning and after using the DermaWand the puffiness decreases. It keeps my skin clear and toned. I think those who represent DermaWand do it a discredit with all the hype about raising your eyebrow and such. I personally think that is phoney.
However,this device is great for giving clarity to the skin, reducing puffiness, helping skin turnover and reducing acne. I gave it 5 stars because I did not like the skin care products.

The worst product you will ever encounter, I used it everyday for 1 week, hoping I would see results. I returned mine, but they still charged my 2nd payment onto my credit cart. They may claim they never received my return. Don't bother with guarantees, just don't buy it.

Noticing a difference after 2 days use. My eyes were so puffy & droopy I was looking through slits. My face looks like I lost wt now it is so much less puffy. I can see my eyelids which were lost in droopy "hoods". Also helped the jawline. If it does nothing more than this I will be happy. It does take more than 5 minutes though. I think most of my results are due to improved circulation. Didn't try the other stuff. Using my SSC.

I too use Botox and Restylane. Thanks goodness I only used this Dermawand twice and didn't do any damage to my face. HSN should know better and make it very clear to viewers that it should NOT be used by anyone using injectables on their face. Be careful ladies, products like these that guarantee results aren't worth it. Use good crams, stay out of the sun, drink plenty of water and, if you need additional help, see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. I can't beleive I fell for the hype.

After using for 10 days, my skin was broken out, red, inflamed and had lumps from the displacement of Restylane. My dermatologist said this should NEVER be used by anyone, especially those who have used Botox, Restylane, microderm, any product with hydroxy, retin A or any Olay product. I look deformed! The bottom-line: at BEST this device will do NOTHING. At WORST--well, if you could see my face, you would understand the worst case scenario! My Doc says this should be illegal to sell.

This is quite a tool! I've always taken care of my skin and after one day I could see a definite difference. Now a week later and WOW! I use it twice a day. I'm turning 62 in two months and I look like myself and apparently other people are noticing. I actually got a wink from a guy the other day and that hasn't happened in a while. It definitely is instant gratification. I love it. The skin care products are great and enhance what the Derma Wand is doing. Thanks a lot!

There were so many good reviews for this product that I had to try this. I have not found this did anything going on my 2nd week of using this product. I didn't mind the electrical slight shocking feeling and was able to use this at the level 9, but still see zero results from using this device. This is the first item I am returning from HSN.

I'm 25(not the typical buyer I'm sure)& I've worn make-up to bed for years.Now,I'm really paying for it.My pores are hugh.I love the way it shrunk my pores & yes,my 11 inbetween my eyebrows is already faded.It's only been 3 days,but anyone at any age can truely benifit from this!I will continue doing this so I never have to think about wrinkles,face lifts,harsh chemical peels..ect.DermaWand def put me on the right track to take me and my skin into our "Golden Years".This product is for any age!

I am 58 and fighting gravity! I own 2 other types of facial toners, but bought the DermaWand because the application takes only a few minutes. My complexion is radiant, lips fuller,jawline more defined and neck is lifting. I don't get the tingle sensation except on initial contact with skin; not on the gliding motion.But it must be working. The DermaWand should be standard equipment for anyone my age! HSN has a great price too!

Tried the product several times - it burnt my face and I didn't notice any difference at all compared to how they showed it on air. Nothing changed at all. Found the shower gel to be very generic and not very nice smell. Should have read the reviews first rather than waste my money and having to pay for shipping.
