These shoes look neat on and off the foot and that is where it stops. The elastic band is too flexible to hold onto the foot. They would need some sort of a gel grip on the back sling in order for these shoes to remotely work for me.

I bought this shoe a few months ago before the weather was warm enough to wear them. I tried the shoes on the day I got them and thought, "Oh how comfortable". I put them away until the weather was appropriate. Today is my first day wearing them and they slip off the back of my feet if I take more than two steps. Of course, now it is too late to send them back. I am at work SO ANGRY because I can't keep my shoes on my feet. AJ is going DOWN HILL! Another waste.

Love the shoe....very comfy BUT the back strap slides off my foot with the first few steps. I sent them back. :(

I bought this shoe. Very comfortable, but when I wear the shoe, the strap slips off. Must send back. I do like the shoe.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SHOES. THEY ARE VERY,VERY COMFORTABLE. THE STRAP DOES SLIP OFF SOMETIMES BUT, THATS OKAY I SHOULD BE WEARING A SIZE 5 ANYWAYS. I USUALLY CAN'T WEAR SHOES HIGHER THAN 2 INCHES BUT, I CAN'T EVEN TELL CAUSE THEY ARE SO COMFY! I'M WAITING FOR BROWN IN MY SIZE. I HAVE THE BLACK.

How can HSN not have noticed this problem? If you take 4 steps in these shoes the back elastic strap slips off your foot! Cute shoe - horrible design. I hate paying return shipping for an item that quality control should have caught.

I love the shoes they are very comfortable! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars, is that the right front strap is just slightly bigger than the left. I have extremely narrow feet, due to the suede on the bottom, my feet don't slip. So, it's not a huge issue for me. The button is a little noisy when walking, but I'm going to tack it down better which should solve the problem. VERY happy!

Very cute, felt good but when walking, the heel flip flops and make a horsey sound. I am a 7.5 Medium on the narrow side and the shoe fit perfect with no room to spare in length which was the way I liike it. The noise and movement forces me to return.

I RECEIVED THIS SHOE PUT IT ON AT WORK AND WOW SO COMFORTABLE...WORE THE SHOE OUT THIS WEEKEND AND IT KEPT SLIPPING OFF MY FOOT. BAD DESIGN UNFORTUNATELY IT'S GOING BACK

I have narrow feet, so I sized down from 9 to 8 1/2. The size 9 fit was a little sloppy. The size 8 1/2 were alot more stable to walk in. These shoes are really cute; combined with alot of comfort.

Bought two pairs of these (brown and red). They are so cute. I ordered my regular size (10W) and they fit perfect. After walking around for an hour or more, I can't for the life of me figure out how the ankle straps would come completely off your ankle (unless your ankle and back of your foot are extremely small). The strap comes over your heel and wraps around the ankle. The footbed is well-cushioned and these are very very comfortable. Great buy!!

These are great looking shoes....nice heal height, nice comfy foot bed but the elastic around the ankle slips right off and the shoe goes flying!I about broke my neck! It's going right back!
