It is sometimes hard to find the time to exercise. When I pass by, I'll stop and use it. This happens several times a day, more on my days off. It's handy and you really feel the workout.

Great Product! It is easy to assemble and use. Mine did not come with the carrying case. I called the company and they sent one right out free of charge. So I am very pleased with this purchase.

I USE THIS EZ GYM EVERDAY. I USE IT MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD. THE EZ GYM WORKS AS WELL AS THEY SAY IT WOULD. I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH I LIKE IT AND HOW GOOD IT WORKS. YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THE WORKOUT IN YOUR ARMS.

Suzanne is right, you will use this machine as you pass it daily. Its not impossible like heavy weights and not time consuming. Its just perfect! You will not be sorry you purchased it.

I own other pieces of exercise equipment, but this is my favorite piece of strength training equipment! It is great for golfers, because of the range of motion it offers. I have a work-out room, but I have it in the bedroom. I do a regular workout with it, but then when I go by it, I will do more!!! I am also changing my eating habits, and with this product, will be in great shape. Thanks again Suzanne, you are my favorite on HSN!!!

I have the EZ Gym for about 3 months and really love it. I want to talk about the book that comes with the EZ Gym. After reading and folow Somersizing, loosing the extra pounds has never been easier. Somersizing is the most effective weight loss program for me. It has been three months since I've followed the program, I have lost 10lbs with moderate excercise. It is so easy to follow. No carb counting, I'm not hungry all the time. Suzanne, thank you so much for your book and your EZ Gym.

I recently broke my left ankle while running getting ready for a Marathon and was brokenhearted and depressed because I had started putting on weight. I couldn't do much but sit around the house and mope!!! I got this product and worked out 20 min in the morning and 20 min in the evening with my cast on. I lost the little bit I had gained and have actually LOST weight. With a little bit of PT on my ankle I will be ready for that Marathon thanks to this great product!

I used the EZ GYM every other day for 1 month and now have a completely torn rotator cuff and constant pain. Please be careful of the repetive motion, and don't make the resistance too hard on your muscles. I am in my mid-50's. I used to go to the gym 3x a week for years to use the weight machines, so I felt I was experienced, and was eager to work out only at home. It turned out to be a bad decision for me.

It is easy to put up! And, I followed SS's suggestion and have it out where I use it when I walk by, or during commercials, or on my way to bed. It gets the "stress out" and gets my energy going. EZ Gym could've been the perfect opportunity for SS's workout/lounge/sweat outfits! There have been less SS's offered on this site, so I will buy from wherever she goes!

I was so amazed at how easy this gym was to set up, on the outside of my bathroom door that locks. I use it almost every day and can feel the workout. And as I'm walking by, I do some reps just because it's there. And I LOVE the Somersize book. Suzanne, you were made famous early in your career so that you can lead us to fantastic products and ways of eating healthy, and I commend you. You and your family are truly blessed.

THE FIRST DAY I GOT IT, I TRY TO WORK OUT, AND THE HANDLE KEPT BREAKING OFF, I THINK IT WAS MADE CHEAP, AND LOOK CHEAP.....

This thing really works! I'm 55 and just starting an exercise program and now have this in my arsenol to get in shape. Love that I can adjust it to my own strength and needs and that as I get stronger I can simply change my stance for more resistance. Dreaming of the day I will be able to use the red pulleys! Thanks Suzanne for sharing another one of your great products!

Got the EZ Gym a couple of weeks ago and I love this product. You really can get a great work out and I'm starting to feel that my arms and legs are getting toned. Highly recommend getting this because it's fun to use.

I have been using this for 2 weeks now and I love it. I can feel the burn in my legs the next day after every work out. Easy set up. I am 29 and just wanted to tone up my legs and arms and I can see and feel the difference!!! I read the reviews and was afraid it would not work but I am surprised it did. I don't like to work out at the gym and have 2 little ones so this fits just right for me. I am 5'9 and weight 140 so I am not really trying to lose weight from this just tone up.

Fast delivery. Really simple to assemble over the door. Door closes ok. It is in my master bathroom. Everytime I pass by, I use it a little bit.
I actually bought to use with another program, they use resistance bands but you have to do all kind of weird things around the door.. end of the sillyness with this kit.
