This phone broke...they were kind enough to send a new one...but when we tried to activate it we were on the phone for 2 hours first time. They said it would be activated in a few hours! Never was...called them back and was on phone another few hours...that was 5 hours ago...it is still NOT ACTIVATED. My daughter is on the phone with them again. FIrst, there is a language barrier so they don't understand us and we do not understand them...it is also alot of background noise in their office so it is hard to hear. NOT a good company! Surpised that HSN would sell products like this.

This phone is okay. BUT talking to customer service is a NIGHTMARE! no one speaks english very well -tried 5 times! then gave up! worst of all - NO VOICE MAIL available on this phone - HSN you should have told us! wanted to use my old cell # but did not know you had to have your current cell phone# active before you could port the number. I'd cancelled mine a few minutes earlier and being able to use my current Cell # was the top reason I purchased. Dont' cancel old till you port in new #!

Purchased this phone with the understanding that I could transfer my current phone number to this one. I was told that it could be done, but that it would take 7 to 14 days and that I would not have the use of either of my cell phones. So reluctantly accepted a new number from Net10. The phone is very cheap, not the $200.00 value stated. HSN please be honest when informing people of a products capabilities.

I bought this when it was the Special. I called the toll-free automated service. There was absolutely no wait and I didn't need to speak to a rep at all. I did not port an old phone#, so activation was smooth and fast. Afterwards, it only took a couple minutes to set up voice mail. Yes, I had to pay for that time, but not enough to complain about. Great extras are included with the phone. It's sleek, user-friendly, and has a decent camera and games.

I am so sorry I bought this phone and network. Their customer service is terrible. Their representatives are very hard to understand, their english is terrible. It is very hard to set up and the battery has to be charged every 2 to 3 days weather you use the phone or not. The only good thing I can mention I was able to keep my cell number I had with Verizon. I feel it was a very high price to pay for the very poor service.

I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. It would not activate as advertised. After an hour with their customer service the phone finally worked. Then it took 4 separate calls totaling over 4 hours to make the voice mail work and it doesn't work like the instructions say it should. I have used more than 100 minutes just trying to make the phone usable. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Am disappointed with with HSN's endorsement.

I did not expect much when I ordered this phone, but the value was worth the try. I Don't use cell phones to live by on a daily basis so I always use pay-as-you-go. THIS IS THE BEST ONE SO FAR!!! I will keep this one for a while. The cost of 10cents per minute is GREAT! WITHOUT any other costs like V.M. requires to have that low of a rate.

Bought 3 sets. Tried out at 2 different properties. Doesn't work well at either one. Returned 2 sets unopened. May return 3rd if it doesn't work out as an emergency type phone.

These phones are good. Have not had any probloms with ours. We bought two. One for me and one for hubby. We have had them registerd since we first bought them back in oct. or nov.Its easy to use. We love the fact that you can buy min. right from the phone it self. dont have to worry about ever haveing to go buy a phone card. Happy that we no longer half to pay a big phone bill anymore. Great phone, Thanks hsn and net10 !!! OH FORGOT TO MENTION THE CAMRA TAKES GREAT PICS BY THE WAY..

I bought this for my mother for Christmas and it took my teenage son 2 days to try and get thru to the toll free number for set up. He never did so he had to log on to the internet to do it and then the 300 free minutes wouldn't register. It was very frustrating and something a technology-challenged user wouldn't have been able to do on her own. I hope it's smooth sailing from here - as soon as I can find where to buy the minutes...

GOT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR X-MAS. HSN SAID SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE IN MY AREA. NOT SO. CALLED THE 800 ON SIM CARD AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WITH SUCH AN ACCENT COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND! NOW THEY ARE SAYING I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET NEW CARD THAT WILL BE COMPATIBALE.... GREAT X-MAS GIFT THAT MY DAUGHTER CANNOT USE..NOT FAIR AT ALL. I bought 2 net10 phones from HSN...first one ported in 20 minutes. The other is taking 10 days and they keep saying its ported then I get unregistered SIM message, call in, then they reset the Case ticket number and I am back to square one with "unregistered SIM". After 10-12 calls each lasting anywhere from 30-60 minutes they still cant tell me why they cant port the number. HSN needs to do better diligence with their business partners.

This extremely happy purchase has enabled me to free myself of an expensive cellphone contract, and landline phone. My savings, per month, will be HUGE! It is a quality piece, with excellent features, and will suit me, as a retiree and widow, perfectly, since I can "pay, as I go". For those feeling the "economic crunch", you might want to consider this purchase for its ability to substitute, quite handsomely, for a lot of expensive electronic non-essentials, that we've all grown too used to.

This is our second Motorola Net 10 prepaid phone. Mu husband and I love them and the service! We have had no problems. Only wish HSN could offer the Motorola 377 in PINK!!

The phone is great.. But it is not my phone.. It is for my nephew! He liked the phone and I liked the price! I am with AT&T.. Expensive.. But what are you going to do??

I've had this phone for about ten days. I charged it right away, but when I called to activate, I was told that my minutes from my old phone service (Boost) could not be transfered so I decided to wait until I used all my minutes. I wish that the customer service agent had told me then that the phone number switch would take up to 10 days because I would have started the process sooner and risked losing some minutes. Now I am without a phone until.....? Wished I had read the reviews first.

Ordered this phone on a Friday and recieved it on the following Wednesday. It only took overnight to port my old cell number. I absolutely love this phone. Great Job HSN!!!!

What a relief it is to get this easy to use pre-paid phone! I finally got out of a nightmare 2 year contract, that gave terrible service. It was so fuzzy with poor reception that I rarely used it, surrendering over 4,000 minutes just to get rid of it. The first call I made on this Pre-paid phone was so clear that it sounded like the other person was in the next room.
I hope this phone continues to be great, because I just love it.
Even better, is no monthly bill, ever!

I received the phone very quickly. I was able to activate on-line in a few minutes. I only want an occasional phone and this fits the bill. My son was impressed with the quality of the phone and all the included accessories.
I had no problems what so ever and love this phone. I felt confident in purchasing the phone beause it was an HSN special value. I was not disappointed.

Was surprised when I got the phone. Wasn't expecting the bright, colorful screen and pad. Like the minutes and service period right on the screen. Received a new SIM card 5 days after calling Net10 to port my number from another carrier. So far so good. Hope it holds up considering the low price.
