I was very disappointed in the cleaner. It was way over what I have spent in the past, so I thought it would be great. It isn't. I'll stick with the drug store prices from now on.

THIS IS the WORST "Jewelry Cleaner" on the Market!I'm Surprised HSN STILL Sells It!..First of All, Your GOLD or VERMEIL will take on a "Dull Finish" And Silver gets "Discolored" as well.Don't Waste YOUR MONEY!!!

I think this product stinks and unfortunately I did not try in in the first 30-days so I can't return it. It leaves a SCUM on large gemstones. Just say NO!

This is NOT a good product. I tried this on a pendant of 14kt gold from Every Day Gold by Anthony Michaels. Soaked for less than 15 seconds, washed in running warm water and behold the religious pendant was ruined - pitted and showed areas of discoloration. This just made me sick to see this happen. I don't think Anthony Michael would sell an inferior product - so it must be the 'toxic' smelling cleaner. Sent the product back immediately.

I received my product today. I was excited because I have so much silver that needs cleaning. I dipped my first piece of silver and saw it turn to a dull silver in the solution. I thought once I ran the water to rinse it that it would shine. It did not! I tried to even polish it with the silver cloth and the shine did not come back. I am sending this back today. Th smell is horrible and I have two rings that are ruined.

No reviews at the time for me to compare. I am the first to write a review. Tried this out upon receiving it today and it is not a good product. DID NOT work on my sterling silver jewelry at all. Tried 2 pieces. Nothing!! Followed directions. Nothing! Pricey as well, so stick to the drugstore brand. Smells a lot like ammonia. Maybe that is what it is. Do not waste your money. This is going back right away. Sorry HSN, but it just did not work.
