I love these shoes! My granddaughter called them my Barbie shoes. I would order another pair if they had my size...sad....They stay on my foot because there is a small piece of elastic in the heel. These are my favorite shoes and I have hundreds!!!!

These sandles were horrible. I should have listened to the reviews but they were so pretty. I wore them one time and they were the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. The back does not fit right and the shoe after about a half an hour constantly flopped on the back of my foot. Too late to take back. Will listen to reviews next time for sure.

I got these shoes loved them as they could be either for dressy or very casual and I really liked style and color. The only problem was them they slipped up and down in the heel area. I took them to a local shoe repair shop. The repairman stated he could try to put some heel liner in them. He did put two pairs in and they still slipped. He stated that maybe in time the heel would comform to your heel but don't guarantee them His suggestion was return them to wherever I got them.

I like the style but the fit is not that great. I ordered a smaller size because my size was too big at the heel. But the style is really great and the shoes look great. I need to figure out what I can do to keep the heel from flopping away.

The style is wonderful....JUST the style I have been looking for BUT no matter how I tried to adjust the fit on my heel, the heel of my foot would not stay inside. I even added 2 heel grips, but still no success! LOVE this sandal. Maybe something can be done about the width of the heel. Would order 2 pairs if quality control could narrow the heel.

I have to say I almost did not purchase these shoes because of the reviews! I am soooo happy I purchased the two pair (pink and black 8 1/2) They are great and my heel does not come out. These shoes can be dressed up and down and I got a great deal at $9.00 a pair. Use your own judgement on the other reviews!!

As mentioned in the other reviews, I do not have a problem at all with the heel. I was actually going back to buy another pair, but my size is sold out. I recommend taking advantage of the clearance price.

Just when I thought that 'all' of the reviews were wrong, I ordered the shoes and had to send them right back because they really are like flip flops and don't stay on your heel at all. Thats too bad because it was just the basic black summer shoe that I needed.

HSN - how did this one slip by your team of QA???? The show is beautiful, BUT, like everyone has said, the shoes won't stay on. I walked right out of them. They are going back.

I have been searching for a style like this shoe for someitme. When I found these shoes I actually contemplated ordering more than one pair, but not knowing the fit, decided against it. You can only imagine how disappointed I was when they arrived and just as so many of the reviews indicate, my foot wouldn't stay in the heel! I will be returning these.

totally disappointed. I sent them right back. no support and I was going to get the bag to match the shoes, but now I'm glad I didn't. I have one other HIH shoe that I love but this one needs a do over.

I got this in white. Last summer I looked everywhere for a shoes like this. I wear a lot of white clothes. Anyway, I got this in the 7W, my size and it fits perfect. Yes, i was a little skepital of buying the shoes, however, i went with my exact size and gut feelings and it works. I am looking to buy another pair after I choose a bag color to match.

This is the second pair of shoes I've sent back. The first were the ombre pumps. The shoes are just not true to size. These shoes look great but they were way too long, a good size too big, and the front straps were a little too narrow for me. I love her jewelry, clothes and bags but I'm not going to waste amymore time with her shoes. Sorry Laurie
