the WOLFGANG PUCK oven is very nice product.......but the only part that is very TEDIOUS is the WARM UP TIME.....why can't I just start it instead of waiting for it to WARM UP first then cooking.......other wise than that......the oven is very good.

I ordered this and then 1 week later they lauched a new BETTER OVER with a pizza drawer for the same price.....THey should have clearanced out the one i bought or took it off...I felt cheated to be a new customer....

I love this oven because I use to have a convenction oven in my home. I moved and love this oven because it heats pizza perfectly. It also makes the best chicken.

Oven cooks very well. A little tasky to get down the operating process compared to the old one. Cooking area is bigger than the last one. Easy to clean. Very Nice overall!!

I love this oven. The instructions were very clear. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It is a real time-saver and everything comes out tasting as good as, or better than, using a regular over. One of the best products I've bought from HSN!

Well, we were lucky enough to get it at the introductory price but even at $200.00 it would be a bargain. We purchased because we needed it a compact oven so that we didn’t have to fire up the big one and having to crank up the air conditioning to compensate for it. All the ovens on the market (including others from WP) just looked weird and we didn’t want to have any of them on our counter. This unit is well designed, because not only it looks sleek, but it footprint and capacity is maximized. We have been using it a lot since we found out that we don’t have to preheat it for many applications. This summer we must have made a ton of thin bread and pizzas in there. Very happy with this one!

I love this oven and the only reason I gave it a four star and not a five is that I think it should have been a little biger. I would like a larger one that you could put a large ham in. Otherwise the food comes out great and I love it. Just wish it would have been a little bigger.
Let me know if you are coming out with one bigger as I would like to send this one back and get the larger one. Please let me know as the 30 days return is almost up.

I use my oven almost everyday. I think it is well made. Does not get any hotter than any other oven I have ever had. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to make the counter count down but that is a minor issue.

I bought this in order to cook small amounts w/o having to heat my oven...I love it, I have used this since the arrival and all works good....about the timer once the oven is preheated you have to press Start after the beep then the timer will count down, about the oven not turning off .. the manual states that the fan will stay on for a while to cool the appliance. Caution: All appliances are capable of getting hot. I have grandkids over everyday and they know better. I read the instructions and after a couple times of usage I got it... no problem..My kitchen has Wolfgang all over it. Thanks

I love this convention oven. Wolfgang Puck delivers qaulity everytime. PIzza comes out of this over like a professional. This oven is so versitile and you can make so many things in it. I find I spend more time in the kitchen, and coming up with new ways of using this. I use the microwave less and less.

I ordered this oven and could not wait to receive it. Once it arrived we began to baked in it and have also made items on the rotisserie. All of the items have come out wonderfully!!! My husband even made a full size chicken, which did fit on the rotisserie, and came out sooo moist. The oven does get a little hot, but nothing live my household oven. We will be keeping this item.

Tried to do trial run as recommended. Wouldn't start. Called WP service center number as recommended by HSN. Called 5 times. Was disconnected every time after 15 mins. Was frustrated and annoyed. Returned product. Seriously doubt I will purchase another Wolfgang Puck product.

Despite the reviews, I was looking forward to mine. I was bummed to see my roast pan insert was missing also. I washed and prepped everything according to the directions. Toast was easy to figure out, placed on rack and set to broil; did fine. But the heat was too much. I got so tremendously hot and I burned my knuckles trying to reach the handle to close the door when done cooking. An 'off' button would be nice instead of hitting pause 2x. I'll be sending mine back. :(

Missing broil pan insert so it has to be sent back according to customer service. And although they kept saying on TV that is doesn't give up hit, they were wrong. Tons of heat coming up of this oven. I'm very disappointed.

This is terrible, it is cheap junk, no off button, the top gets so hot you could burn your hand. You cculdn't fit a full size chicken on that rotisserie if you tried. This was the first Wolfgang Puck item I've ever bought, and it will be the last.

Bought this for our motorhome as we do not have an oven. We needed a browning element and the rotisserie function was a bonus. We love it. We mostly use the rotisserie function cause we eat a lot of chicken and it comes out tender and juicy and crispy on the outside.

Looks very nice; easy to operate. Outsides are very hot to the touch. Be careful with children around it. Puts out too much heat in my kitchen, which is one reason I wanted a counter top oven, to avoid the heat with my large oven. I used the rotisserie for a whole chicken...was great. Have yet to figure out how to make simple toast in it; not in the manual. I considered sending it back. But have decided to keep it. Wolfgangs products are overrated.

Our kitchen is filled with all Wolfgang Puck's cookware, knives, ricemaker, pressure cooker, food processer,etc. We have one of his first of these ovens from years ago, love it. This one however was a great disappointment. We liked how light it was compared to the previous oven but it smoked us out of the condo. We sent it back. Love, Love, Love, our other products but this one needs some improvement.
