The other review did not review this product. It seemed to be more about the machine not the books. I think they are good quality. I can see why this person would be upset but her review was misdirected.

I recieved this item 10 months ago and just finelly opened it ( I needed it for a project). I used it just as it said and it worked fine for about 15 min and then it decided to EAT my project and laminate sheet. It is all now" stuck" inside my machine and I don't know what to do. Of course I unplugged it because I was afraid it would start a fire because the plastic is still inside the machine. I do not have any instuction books or addresses to send it back, there was only one small inst. sheet on how to laminate, and Im sure HSN wont take it back. I am out ALOT of money for only 15 min worth of work. I also notice ripples in the plastic sheet as it was working, and it did not want to totally spit out the sheet after it was done as it said it would. Pls be careful. I wish I could have my money back on this one.
