I received my Pilates Power Gym on October 5th, 2009 and have used it every day. After a full day at work I look foward to getting home and relaxing on the PPG while still feeling like I've gotten a great workout.
I chose to build a routine around the PPG so it was the first habit I crafted. After six weeks of using it daily from ten minutes to thirty minutes I've lost two inches on my thighs and three in my waist and belly, this without dedicated cardio or calorie restriction.
At 5'4" I have found I hit the "end" of the machine a little too soon with some exercises, but it's still worth every penny.
