Waste of money. LCD screen cracked with little to no usage. Warranty does not cover cracked LCD. So be extra careful.

I bought 2..one for myself and one for my son who is headed off to college this summer. What a powerful little computer this is. Coming from an IT Computer Science Background and a person that works in the field, you just can't get a better computer for the money. What I like best is the internet connection. This computer will connect ANYWHERE really quickly. When I got the computers it was incredible how it configured all by itself and in a few seconds I was on the internet.

I've had this @ 2 months now and love it. Very light and easy to carry. Setting up wireless was a breeze. Biggest limitation is no cd/dvd drive. Gave my large laptop to my son for college. I haven't had any technical problems, so can't comment on service.

The battery would not charge. I had to send the computer back to acer at my expense. A big hassle. Don't bother.

When I first received the computer I was excited but as soon as I opened it and set it up the nightmare began. I had to do countless updates on it and every other minute it would completely shut down on its own and restart claiming that "windows has recovered had a serious error." I just dismissed it thinking that it was just a one time fluke - but it was not. I reinstalled the software thinking that would help but it didn't. I'll just stick to my 15.4 inch Toshiba laptop. No more Acer for me!

Received my computer and it was defective.
Acer is not reponding to my request to return it.
When Colleen Lopez presented this, she said that
it came with a preprinted return address label.
It DOES NOT.
The computer looks and feels like a toy.
It is going back.

My sister is running a screen reader for the blind on this little computer, and is loving it. Because it's small, the sound is low, so she uses earphones if there's a radio on, which isn't a problem.
To address the small print problem, I installed the Fire Fox web browser because you can enlarge any web page.
We both get the same high quality battery life even though she uses a screen reader. That hasn't been the case with other laptops.
We're both loving our little computers.

I love mini. Had it for a few weeks.Wanted to wait to post a review in case something went wrong. Nothing went wrong. This is the cutest, most reliable little computer in the mini category. The keyboard is easy to type on and the screen is perfect. Great for traveling and take-a-long when I need to check emails.This serves the purpose perfectly when away, is reliable and works like a charm. I totally recommend it. It's adorable and no disappointments!

This is our first notebook and we absolutely love it. We want a 2nd one as soon as possible. The organizer pro it came with is great, it has everything you need and it's fun. We bought the white one and you can type in the dark. We have 3 children and my sister and my niece live with us and we all have our own computer in this notebook. Someo9ne is always using it we wait for our turns and nobody even bothers with the desk computer anymore. Anyone can handle this little gizmo.

this little unit is so porable and i am so glad to have had the opportunity to get flex pay on it, since it is my first notebook, And it is all mine. My kids cant touch it! Buy it asap!

I sent mine back after seeing it at a local store for $200.00 less. The local one does not come with all the extras but, I think the price difference is outrageous.

The computer itself is nice. Cannot connect to Internet using various ways. Found out we had to download an additional driver - more $$$. Then Acer support is NOT good at all. Having trouble returning the computer. QVC is selling this for $100 cheaper

I already have a reg laptop & wanted something small just to read emails & surf the net in bed. Perfect size for the nitestand. Easy to setup & its windows XP. Perfect for traveling not heavy or bulky. Not too small to read or type on either. got it on flex pay but you can find cheaper elsewhere if you can afford to pay one lump sum and don't want the xtra software. Now everyone wants one!

Received my computer today. Got it in white. Love it! It is very cute and powerful for such a small laptop. I will be able to take it anywhere. My kids are already trying to borrow it! Connecting to wireless internet was a breeze. My family has another laptop and a desktop all bought from HSN. Love the price, love the easy payments, love the quality, love the service. We received our pink and white Acer's in an amazingly fast 3 days. My twins love them. The speed is so much faster than my laptop. I would have purchase more. The price is unbeatable. So easy to use and transport because it weighs as much as a toy poodle.

Everything about this product. There are more pros than cons.Great flex-pay, long battery power,easy set-up. awesome wireless,Nice colors.Anyone Who wants this mini laptop get you one. I received my mini 4 days after ordering it. Going wireless was so easy I couldn't believe it. Easy setup.I am very happy with my laptop. It's so convient. It takes up no room at all. The battery life is very long. You csn't go wrong getting you one of these.Buy yourself one you wont be disappointed at all.I love it.

Ordered it on Saturday, Jan. 17 and received it on Wednesday, Jan. 21. The packaging was superb and set-up was automatic..including the wireless internet connection. I ordered the "white" which is really a "white diamond" pearlized color..it's beautiful. I've done some extreme Acer Aspire One package and price comparisons and HSN is #1 with the best deal, hands-down. I'm glad I made this incredible purchase.
