I've wanted this pan since I saw it, but just didn't need the extra pan that went with, so when HSN listed this one by itself, I jumped on it. Well, I used it today-made a pot roast with onions. It was marvelous, beef roast was so tender and I've never had such beautiful gravy. One note, you need to watch this pot, it needs to have liquid added often. I had to add stock twice and really should have added more toward the end of cooking. I love this pan, so easy to cook in.
