Although the concept and look are very nice, I found the fit of the top to the bottom was not very good and could lead to tipping.

I bought two of these for a special party for out of towners. For the entire visit, I alternated between alcoholic beverages, those for kids, and flavored waters. Everyone loved it and I had fun playing with it! Realizing it was thick glass, I have always handled it with respect and care. I still have one unused container in its box, thinking it'll be given away as a present. But then again, maybe not.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON'S GRAD/DAY. I DID IT EARLY......TRYING TO PLAN EVERYTHING OUT.HIS BIG DAY CAME.....THE NIGHT BEFORE THE BOTTOM BROKE! omg. I REALLY NEEDED THAT BOTTOM FOR THINGS.WE MADE DO.....IT WORKED OKAY BECAUSE WE WORKED ANOTHER WAY. CAN NOT REPLACE BOTTOM BECAUSE OF TIME FRAME....NEED NEW BOTTOM STILL.BE CAREFUL,GLASS WILL CUT. THINKING ABOUT SUEING THEM....I HAD TO GO TO ER,BECAUSE OF GLASS CUTTING MY HAND.

Purchased this around 10/20. Item was broken. Ca;;ed customer service and sent back. Customer service was AWESOME.Shipped out another and was perfect!!!!! Well worth the price and Quality. The overall experience was great. HSN keep up the good work. Thanks to Colin for such a fantastic idea.Have already used it for entertainig, WORKS GREAT. Received lots of compliments. Keep up the great work

WELL, I ORDERED THIS, IT ARRIVED FINE AND I MUST SAY IT IS VERY ATTRACTIVE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK, IT'S A MERE LITTLE DRIP...............I'M ALMOST AFRAID TO FILL IT ALL THE WAY DUE TO THE CRACKING FROM PRESSURE.....................WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE RVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!

Received packaged very well. Noticed before I even pulled it out that it was chipped at top edge of base. Also, slow pouring. Sad, because I wanted last year, but couldn't afford. Now, they don't make this one anymore. So, I either keep it as damaged, or send back with no replacement.

I ordered this when it was todays special. I was a bit bummed to see it sell cheaper at an anniversary price, but oh well. I've used this 2 times. The spigot is a little hard to turn.. All parts are very heavy and you have to be very carful when washing them. You also need to remember, this is GLASS, it cannot take extreme temperature changes. As far as the ice holder, the lady who froze the ice in it should have known better than that. Of course it would break when the ice expanded while freezing. You just put ice cubes or crushed ice in it after you put in your beverage. Everyone who sees it loves it and I have had no problems, but again I said, I ihave been very carefull when cleaning it and setting it up and putting it away. I kept the box and the styrofoam pieces to store it when not in use. I still like mine Colin!

I was so excited to receive this until I got it out of the box ! I could not believe COLIN COWIE or HSN would ENDDORSE and plug such a shoddy product ! The pieces do not fit together well and it sits crooked. The spigot is plastic and leaks.This is DEFINATLY getting returned, Don't waste your time or your money

I wrestled the package open when I rec'd and did see one small blemish (I can deal with it) but I was bummed that the spout was made of a plastic material, AND now I'm just plain old scared that I am going to experience what others have mentioned..cracking/shattering, dripping, etc. I went on to check the return policy and luckily since I purchased after 10/1 I have until Jan 2010 to exchange! I imagine by that time I will have shattered it for Thanksgiving/Christmas and will still get to exchange.....I hope that HSN and Colin Cowie's staff really read these reviews, had I read the reviews I would never have purchased this. My star rating is purely based on not really knowing what I just got myself into, so I'm giving it 3 stars Colin. I will let you know how I really feel after I use it. Wish me luck!

LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, I PURCHASED THIS PROD. LAST YR. (FOR A THANKSGIVING DINNER) W/GREAT ANTICIPATION @ A HIGHER PRICE.THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH A CRACKED CTR PC.PROBLEM. I ALSO AGREE THAT CUSTOMER SRV. @ HSN HAS DECREASED. AS A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YRS., I DID NOT EVEN CALL SEEKING RELACEMENT OR COMPENSATION. I STILL LUV THE CONCEPT, HOWEVER, THE QUALITY IS POOR.

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE FOR A REPLACEMENT. I PURCHASED ONE WHEN IT WAS TODAYS SPEC VALUE FOR A WEDDING SHOWER GIFT FOR MY NIECE, THEY WERE UPSET WHEN IT BROKE THE FIRST TIME THEY USED IT THINKING THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG . NOW READING THE OTHER REVIEWS I WILL NO REPLACE IT.

I ordered this when it was the Today's Special at $74.95. Now I see that it is cheaper. I thought once a Special Value, the price would never be cheaper.
I froze the ice insert part and of course...it broke into pieces. My fault I guess for freezing but this is cheaply made. I saw other viewers had breakage problems without even freezing it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NICE CONCEPT BUT COULD BE MADE BETTER, ESP. FOR THE PRICE.

We ordered this beverage server to replace giving out water bottles at work. It has reduced the cases of water we buy as well as reduce the amount of empty bottles we recycle. Suggestions for other things to add to water would be helpful besides lemon and limes. It displays very nicely in our high end showroom. It truly gives it a spa like environment.

I was so excited about this, and the concept is absolutely super. However, between my sister and myself, we have gotten four and all four have cracked on the first use. Please make this durable!!!!!!!

I ordered this product and was so excited when it arrived. I have had it for several months, taking excellent care of it and getting many many compliments on it. One day, without anyone touching it, the side of the container just "cracked" all the way up one side. It only had water in it at the time, I loved this product until then, I won't re order it since it must have a flaw somewhere since I have read others having the same problem.
