This necklace needs a little work to make it great. The chain is indeed poor quality and does look cheap. The stones are drilled close to the edges and could easily break. The clasp is a little difficult to open until you figure it out without breaking a nail in the meantime. What I found most disappointing is how washed out the colors of some of the stones are. You could hardly tell the difference between the white and the rose quartz. I have a ring with dyed stones and they faded after a few years. I hope this doesn't happen to this necklace. The necklace is a great idea and very creative, just not as great as it could be.

OK It took me about 20 minutes of trying to figure this clasp out.This is how it works. Hold the clasp with the marcasite side facing you. Put it through the marcasite side of the heart with the open hook up...then... YOU HAVE TO TWIST IT UNTIL THE OPEN HOOK IS FACING DOWN. Then you can push it through and close the clasp. No, it is NOT a good design by far, but once you get the hang of it it is fine.I agree that the chain is terrible. Should have been thicker.

THIS NECKLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GETTING THE BAIL OPEN. THE COLORS OF THE STONES ARE GREAT, SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO WEAR THIS NECKLACE. DEFINATELY MY NEW FAV!

I really liked the necklace just couldn't get it to work properly. Even took it to work thinking it was just me and 4 of my coworkers could not get it open to change the stones. It went back, sadly though it is very pretty.

I was so thrilled to get this necklace. But I refuse to spend this much money on a piece of jewelry that comes on a chain that looks horrible. I have never received such a low quality chain in my life. The pendant was beautiful but not worth the price. This is the 3rd purchase I've returned to HSN.....I doubt I will be purchasing anything else!!!

Don't waste your time. This pendant will not work as stated in the presentation. One of the discs was broke when I received it.
I was never able to put another disc in the pendant. My husband even tried, and he could not put a disc in the pendant. Mailing back.

When I got it home it looked gaudy and cheap. The chain looks like something out of a bubble gum machine. The stones have a hole drilled in them that is very close to the edge and I was afraid of breaking them. This went straight back to HSN.

Loved this item but when I got it home the hole in the heart piece was too close to the edge and had broken. Two other heart pieces showed the same so I was worried they would break too when worn. Returned this item.

This is really nice! The only thing is, HSN could have put a better necklace with a larger bail, to fit a thicker chain. The chain you get looks OLD and CHEAP! The pendant and colors are beautiful though!

I love this item, it has a great sparkle with the marcasite. The colors are great, it's easy to change out and even my husband commented on how pretty it was. It has a good quality to it, the only things I would change is to make the bell larger so that it can fit on a bigger chain, it is a little substancial and needs something with a bigger presence and the chain that comes with it is trash.Old and ugly. Other than that, I was very happy and wear it all of the time, with my own chain of course

I tried numerous times (even had my boyfriend try) to open this bail and it will not budge at all!!! SO DISAPPOINTED because I love the necklace and couldn't wait to receive it. I don't know if I just had the misfortune to receive a faulty one, but for an item that cost $70 I expect better quality control. At this point, I'm wondering if HSN even has a quality control department because this is my fifth purchase from HSN and my fourth return.
