i thought i'd be smart this time and order a size bigger. well, i ordered a size 8 not the 7 i usually wear, and my heel is right to the end of the shoe. now i'm thinking i should have ordered maybe an 8.5. once again i missed that 30 day deadline to get them back. there are so many things to do and being so busy running for my chemo, that before i knew it, the 30 days had gone by. i called and they told me that is their policy and that is that!! now i'm watching every time i get something from HSN. QVC has the best customer service ever! when i called them and told them i was late by about 5 days, they were telling me how sorry they were and to send the items back AT MY CONVIENCE! now that's the way business should be conducted, especially since the shoes were never even worn! that's the difference between the two.
