The shoes are true to size, all man made materials, and slightly defective. Both shoes turn inward towards the center, This cause a slight deformed look. Did not return due to shipping cost.

When I received this product, tried it on, it felt like plastic paper and did not fit right on me. I returned it right away

I actually like these. Initially ordered the 10W, but they were snug in the toe area, so my foot couldn't go all the way into the toe area, which caused my foot to hang over the edge (so the shoe was seemingly too short). Used a shoe stretcher overnight and that solved the problem; my foot went into the shoe perfectly. Ordered two more pair in the 11M and they fit perfect. A shoe stretcher is wonderful thing!

I ordered the tan in 6 1/2 wide because Valenci shoes are usually too narrow for me. I could have worn a 7 medium. They are wide in the wrong spot on. Not in the ball area where they should be wide,but in the arch area. Also too narrow in the toe area and way too short for a 6 1/2. Sending back today.
My last shoe order from HSN. I'm tired of paying shipping for defective things from China.

Bought this in all 4 colors. All colors are great and it is a cute style. The shoe does fit a little loose on the sides. I guess this is due to the thinness of the strap but they look good. I tightened the strap a notch and it made a slight difference. I wish they didn't sew the name tag onto the shoe because it does annoy when you are bare footed.

I also got the wine (which is more of a dark red); but there's a weird gap on either side of the foot, even with the straps pulled tight (1 star). I actually checked to see if a wide was sent by mistake, but it said med. The shoe is adorable (a 4 star), but it may be better on a fat foot? I really wanted it to work, but just like TN, Tina in NM is sending it back, too. :(

When I received my shooes(in red), I planned to wear them for the 4th of July. They were cute, comfortable, but the straps gapped on the sides. Maybe it was just my feet and they may fit better on someone else. Unfortunately, I have to return them. km-Memphis, TN
