I was really hesitant to order this shoe based on some of the reviews but I needed a flat shoe for work. I got the bronze and the blue today and they are good looking shoes. I ordered an 11W and they are a little big but I think the medium would have been too snug. The colors are good neutral colors and the snake embossing is done well. The heel is a good height for wearing all day. It is hard to get a ballet flat that looks good and feels good and this does both.

I got these shoes the other day. Wow are they great. The first time I wore then I had them on all day long and they were so comfortable. I got the bronze and it is beautiful. Came back for more, but they sold out in my size. Get these shoes, you will not regret it.

I got 3 pairs for my Mother -In-Law in her normal size-9W. The fit was too loose at the heel and too tight in the toe box. What's with the sizing of these shoes? Guess who paid to send them back? I am really tired of returing items to HSN. Over a year the return cost is eye-popping. Will no longer by anything other than electronics and jewelry from this site.

I purchased these shoes in Midnight and I love them, they are so comfortable. I wear them with jeans and with slacks and they look great. I just ordered a pair in gray and they are on sale now !!!

because the side of shoes is very uncomfortable its very irritabe my foot is hurting me. thats why i return it. shoes color and designe i like . very prety looking shoes but make a well fit shoes.

While beautiful, these are horribly uncomfortable shoes. Thick manmade material that makes your feet sweat. After 2x wears my toe was bleeding and I had blisters on my heels. Going back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I have the Midnight and Bronze color of these shoes and I love them. They are my go-to shoes. They look great w/both straight leg and boot cut pants. They are very comfortable. Did not have to break in. I ordered in my regular size. They are on sale so am coming back for the gray.

Every other autumn I wait for AJ Valenci shoes and boots for my fall and winter wardrobe updates. This brand has had consistent sizing and comfort that is a workhorse for the hard winters of Illinois. This year is riddled with disappoint.
I ordered all of the colors in this flat and never even tried them on because they have always fit and were well assembled. This time the sizing is way off and the comfort that has become customary is lacking.

I originally ordered the grey shoes in a size 9, my regular size. They were too long and so decided to size down to an 81/2 as others have suggested. They are very pretty shoes and so I decided to also order them in the champagne also.
The 81/2 were too small in the toe area, and because they aren't leather I can't use a shoe stretcher on them.
Had to send them all back, what a disappointment.
I had ordered another style of AJ Valenci shoes in the spring ( comfort style flat ) that look very nice, but they were too big also and got stuck with them as I was too busy to try then on when I received them and passed the return date for a refund.
I wish this company would get it together and get the sizing issues fixed. They make nice style shoes that are good values, but it's too much trouble to keep getting shoes that don't fit right. Won't buy from them again.

I bought 2 pair of these shoes and there surley not comfortable. they are stiff and hurt my heals and blistered them. There is no cusion any place in these shoes and worst is no cusion soles! I hope AJ Valanci will upgrade there line of shoes. Anyone can buy a much greater pair of shoes at a Target store..

These shoes are gorgeoous, but had to send them back; I purchased these shoes in 3different colors in wide-width & the wide-width fits like a medium-width instead. I'm really disappointed, because I've purchased A.J. Valenci shoes in the past in wide-width & they fit just fine, but these shoe didn't and I had to foot the bill to have them shipped back to HSN.

I just loved these shoes when I saw then on the show. I really loved them when they arrived at the house. Very classy, yet comfortable. It is easy now to wear a simple top and jeans and use these shoes to make a statement in style. Wished I had gotten more in other colors.

I was in high hopes I had finally found my elusive navy flat. The color is a blue and black combination but, no, it isn't navy. Add to that the cheap feeling of the shoe (not comfortable in any sense) and I can only say I am very disappointed. I honestly don't have time to send them back so they're relegated to the back of my closet...oh well, the search continues.
