I suffered terrible whiplash back in 1997 in an auto accident and have struggled for years with neck pain. After much searching I found the most relief I have ever felt. I began sleeping with a horse-shoe-shaped neck roll filled with bean-bag-chair-like stuffing purchased in an airport gift shop.
When I watched the infomercial on HSN for this pillow it seemed to be made out of basically the same materials… so I ordered it. I admit I was quite the skeptic… So when I received this I hung onto the packaging; “just in case”… one month turned into 2, then 3… I threw the packaging away …
You may have noticed that this was a 1 star review so here goes… I purchased this pillow in May of 2009… I am writing this review in October of 2009. I have had this pillow for only 5 short months and already it is worn out! It flattens when I place it under my neck and I wake up all night long chasing it around my bed. I am going back to the $12 neck roll from the airport! Don’t waste your money… I did!!

I purchased because Tony Little said it 'breathes' and I won't have to keep flipping the pillow to find a cool spot. Wrong. It gets hot like any other pillow and the shape limits how it can be repositioned. Not worth the money I spent on it. Have learned my lesson.

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever purchsed for my family. Even my husband agrees. It is so relaxing, we take our pillows with us on vacations to get a good nights sleep.

I wish I would have found this pillow sooner - 20 yrs. sooner!! I have invested so much money into finding a "comfortable and quality" pillow, with little to no success.
This pillow is so very conforming yet very supportive at the same time. I finally feel so very RESTED when I awake in the morning!
I recomment this pillow to anyone of any age!

This pillow is not what I expected. I is not as it was presented on the show. It is not worth the cost. I have purchased better pillows for $5.00. The pillow lump up and feels hard under your head and neck. It does not conform to your head at all. Over 30 days so could not return it. No satified at all.

I love this pillow....I bought a single one as the TS and can't wait for it to become available as a single again so I can have two on my bed. It really made a difference in the way I sleep.

I have never felt better. I sleep on a wave less water bed and I weigh over 200 lbs. I could not find a pillow that would work for me, and I purchased many. I have had it for about 3 months now and just love it. I sleep better and my neck does not hurt. I no longer have (real) nightmares, before I did due to he positioning of my neck. It took me a while about 2 weeks to get truly conformable with it. Now I don't sleep well without it. This is a VERY GOOD PURCHASE

Yes, it is squishy but when you put your head on it, it is hard.
And hot. I have to keep turning it over. I should have known. Everything I ever bought from Tony Little had to be returned. From now on I will read the reviews better and take the advice of the people who write them.

My 26 year old son and I have one of these pillows. We like the sleep we get using it but the pillow does get very hot. That was my son's only negative comment about it. Maybe a cotton cover would help. It did take a few nights to get used to it, but now I wouldn't go back to a regular pillow.

The neck pillow is perfect for when I am in the recliner watching t.v. After a few weeks, I am still getting used to the bed pillow. The seams feel like they are in the wrong place for the length of my neck; I have a longer than average neck but it feels like it is made for an even longer neck. I cannot quite get comfortable lying on my back unless I use one side of the pillow instead of in the middle.

I fell in love with this & then my heart was broken. Like other reviews, my pillow "flattened" out. Originally it was very firm & supportive. Neck & shoulder stiffness went away & slept alot better. After about two weeks, the firmness decreased & am now waking up with next & shoulder stiffness again. Not as bad as with polyester fill pillows so keeping it, but I'm very bummed because I thought I'd found the pillow of my dreams. Tony, please fix this. If you do, I promise I'll buy another one.

SEVERE NECK PAIN GONE!!! I've had the standard Tony Little Micropedic (with travel) pillow over a month and LOVE IT!! Neck pain CEASED within days. Neck used to hurt ALL DAY, no more! Personally feel pillow is COOLER than most (feather or memory foam). Used to wake from neck pain, find I sleep sounder with this AWESOME PILLOW!! I SMILE EVERY TIME I GO TO BED WITH MY COMFORTABLE PILLOW (haven't told my husband, I'm sure he'd want to use it, too!!) KUDOS to HSN and Tony Little!!!

I had purchased these before in the Jumbo and felt sufficated in them. When they were advertised as singles I thought to try the regular size. I love it. Glad I thought to order two of them at the same time. I sleep very good and my neck does not hurt when I wake up no matter if I sleep on my side, back or hug them. Glad I thought to try the standard. I think the standard is a very good size, not too small as another review said. Try them.

This was so comfortable...for about 2 weeks and now its flattened out. Very disappointing. If Tony can find a way for these pillows to hold their shape he'll have a winner on his hands. As it is, save your money.

I bought the standard pillow when it was a Todays Special. I didn't think I would like it at first; but I am surprised how comfortable it is to sleep on it. It also helps keep me from waking up with a stiff neck. Another benefit is it is stuffed differently allowing you to use the side that is best for the way you sleep. So I am giving this a 5!

Wow this is a bad product. Not only did it hurt my neck, it threw my entire body out of alignment! I was miserable for the 2 weeks I used it. As soon as I stopped, I got a good night sleep, and had no pain. It also does NOT stay cool at all.
I cannot recomment this and feel they should refund all S&H for the deception and false advertising. This thing could really hurt someone.

Described as soft,comfortable-NOT AT ALL.You have to squish it & squish it to find a soft place to put your head & then if you want to turn over,it's rock hard in all other places-you literally have to lift your head and squish and squish again to find a soft spot again.Woke up with a bad krick in my neck,stayed for days.Drop it on the floor,it makes a "thud"-no other pillow I own makes a "thud" sound when it lands on the floor.

I purchased these pillows for my dad and I which both have bad backs and necks. The wrong positioning at night will result in a bad day to follow. These pillows were not good for both of us we had a cramped necks the following 2 days. And be SURE you want to purchase, the S&H back to HSN is $10 per box!! ($20 to return??)And that was the cheapest way with no insurance! Not good....
