Doesn't work and totally ruins jewelry. Why does HSN keep selling things that customers tell them doesn't work??? That's what this review is all about, right?? Customer DON'T BUY THIS OR THE GOLD PLATING EITHER ONE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR JEWELRY AND TURN THEM BLACK!!!!!!!!!!

This product does NOT work as advertised. I tried it on several silverplated pieces and it did absolutely NOTHING. It's going back --- was a total waste of time and money.

product made several trays in bad shape look great. I couldn't use them without refinishing. Was quick and easy! THANKS, I will reorder.
