As a first time user of an MP4 player and hearing how some players are very complicated, I was a little hesitant, but decided to try it due to HSN's terrific return policy if not satisfied. I was very pleasantly surprised. I read the instructions and was able to download cd's (music and audio) and a few short videos, one from the VH1 website (and I am not a technical person). I love this player. I play my music while I relax Thanks RCA & HSN!!!!

i bought this because rca has always made great products and for me my choice to buy this player was a good one.
it is very simple to install on your computer and to start using the player rips the songs off your cds very fast and is very user friendly you will not be disappointed at all
