Ordered the bundle but just the books, pouches and machine was in box! I called HSN and of course they blame Provo. Told me I would have to pack everything back up and ship it to them. When I refused to do that and requested to speak to a manager only then was an agreement made. I used it 2 days. Came home from work today, turned on the machine, heard the beep to tell me it was ready, went to put the sheets in and the machine turned itself off and WILL NOT turn back on!

I have only tried the binding and it works great. Made a small book for my in laws of my son and it looks so good. When I showed it off people asked where I had it done :) I can't wait to make more books for family and my son!! Thanks HSN for flex pay!!!

This is a great machine. The instructions were very clear in my User's Manual. To bind, press the power button, press the up arrow and wait for the power button to turn green. Laminating instructions were just as clear. I laminated three of the pages for my first book, that was a big mistake. I would only recommend laminating the first page, since it was my intro page. I love my YourStory. This will be my best investment purchase this year.

I love this machine and the HSN bundle is a way better offer than anywhere else. My projects are flawless and the binding is professional (I'm new to making scrapbooks). I too was nervous after reading the first review but I’m totally satisfied and waiting to pick up the Cricut Expression whenever it goes to flexpay. The lighting instructions are a bit messed up but once you've mastered it its smooth sailing. I’ve had it almost a week now and working on my 3rd album.

just got the laminator. was so surprised that i am capable of laminating. i to was confused about the green light. when i made the correction i was so happy. i started laminating anything i got my hands on. my daughters and i had a ball looking for things to laminate. thank you for this great product. wish more laminating sheets were included. very hard to look for. thanks

After reading the below review, I was kinda of scared my would do the same. All I can say, my did not stick or overheat. I will say, it is important to not leave it running. This would cause any laminating machine too be to hot. The instructions are misleading. The laminating light is not the light that needs to turn green. It is the power light. I hope this helps, just in case that was the problem. Otherwise, I would recommend this product to all crafters. I have purchase them all.

Was so excited to get this item to go along with my Cricut...Read the product directions, seemed simple enough, just press 2 buttons. Fed the laminating "pouch" into the machine, and it GOT STUCK!! It bunched up and melted the insurance cards I was trying to laminate! Called Customer Service, they will replace it, but I am scared to laminate anything else since I am afraid it will also be ruined.
