Prepare fantastic meat and vegetable offerings in this Todd English Hard Anodized by GreenPan 12" Gourmet Covered Braiser. Dishwasher safe and incredibly heat-resistant, this pan is a great choice for both the stovetop and the oven. Brown or braise meats and vegetables and carry them easily to your table with the built-in stainless steel handles. Todd English Hard Anodized by GreenPan 12" Gourmet Covered Braiser Features: Measures approx. 12" in diameter x 2"H Shallow pan with stainless steel buffet handles on each side for controlled, comfortable transport Also referred to as a paella pan Thermolon nonstick interior for quick, convenient and healthier cooking Scratch- and abrasion-resistant Anodization - an irreversible, non-toxic process that creates exceptional durability Even heat conductivity throughout all cooking surfaces and up the walls Pan has hard anodized aluminum exterior with Thermolon gray nonstick interior and stainless steel handles; lid is mirror polished stainless steel Pan is oven/stovetop safe to 850; lid is oven safe to 420 Dishwasher safe Not for use on induction stovetops Made in China Comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty NOTE: PFOA is a chemical that is used in the manufacturing of traditional PTFE-based nonstick cookware coatings and other products. It is not present in finished cookware products, and there are no health risks from PFOA in cookware. However, because PFOA has been found in the environment, companies have committed to the Environmental Protection Agency to work toward eliminating facility emissions and product content of PFOA by the year 2015. Thermolon™ is made without PFOA. It is made to be eco-friendly for our environment. PTFE is a chemical found in traditional nonstick coatings. It can begin to degrade at temperatures over 500 degrees, which is why the instructions on traditional nonstick pans generally advise to use them only on low and medium heat. You can use Thermolon™ on low and medium heat like traditional nonstick, but unlike traditional nonstick coated pans, GreenPan with Thermolon™ is also made to be used at high heat (above 500 degrees) for something you would normally use stainless steel or cast iron cookware for. Now you can do it all with one pan!

I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. I HAVE BEEN BUYING AND USING THEMOLON PANS, SINCE THEY FIRST CAME OUT. AND SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY OF IT.STAINLESS STEEL IS MY FAVORTIE. BUT I DO LIKE SOME OF THE HARD ANODIZED. AND THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT THIS PLAN TO REPLACE THE OLD ORIGINAL BRAISER PAN I HAD. AND IT PERFORMS JUST AS GREAT AS THE OLD ONE DOES. TODD WOULD YOU PLEASE COME OUT WITH SOME STAINLESS STEEL PANS IN THE CHICKEN FRYER WITH DOMED LID. I WOULD LIKE ALL SIZES IN THAT. THE 10" THE 11" AND THE 12".PLEASE??? THANK YOU SO MUCH TODD AND HSN!!!!

Made pancakes and sprayed with Pam. Does not heat evenly. Pancakes burn on one side and sticks on the other side. Brown spots appear on the inside. I'm waiting for return shipping labels. HSN said they would replace the pan but would not refund due to time elapsed.

I ordered this and about five other oieces and a set of pots. For the price I am extremely sad. Some of the pans are relatively good quality but not for the high price. Superior stuff is available locally at lower prices.
Some of the pans are heavy grade and some are paper thin , there seems to be no quality control.
Save your money and high shipping cost and tait until a big retailer has a ONE DAY sale in kitchen ware and stock up then.

Ive always wondered why someone hadn't invented these types of safe pans, until the green pans came along, and then I was hooked. Ive ordered about 7 different kinds, A dream come true. finally pans well worth the money, food comes out as crispy as you want it, yet moist and tender in the middle. Food doesn't stick, And I no longer have to worry about the old harmful coatings on my old pans, I threw them away. Im waiting for Todd English to create a meatloaf pan, large and small. Also it would be nice if they can create something for the handles so that your hands can still touch them when they are hot.. Especially for those of us who already are using the pans

I PURCHASED THIS PAN A FEW MONTHS AGO AND BECAUSE OF THE RATINGS I WANTED TO SEE HOW LONG THE NO STICK WOULD LAST. IT WAS ABOUT A MONTH OR SO, NOW EVERYTHING STICKS! IT WAS WONDERFUL AT FIRST BUT NOT ANYMORE. I WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PAN BUT IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE.

I bought this pan and put it in my cupboard and forgot about it. Then one day I was watching Todd English on HSN. I said to my husband, I have that braiser pan let's try the egg test. That sucker just flew around that pan. There is hardly any clean up even after we threw cheese in with the egg.
In my house I cook and my husband cleans the dishes (that if he want to eat, which he loves to do). These words came out of his mouth, "Buy more of this cookware, these will make my clean up so much easier, I love this pan". So I bought four more pieces. Next is the bakeware.

bought two pans in march i have thrown out more eggs trying the slide test they stick and burn everything i make in these has to have oil and one pain came with a bump under the surface what am i doing wrong

Fabulous pan, easy clean-up, everything cooks evenly. Love it! PLEASE design more in sizes to cook side-dishes- like potatoes, stuffing, etc. Will never buy other kind of non-stick pans elsewhere. Thank you for this revolutionary technology!

I have love Todd English cookware for quite some time and was very upset when he stopped selling his hard annodized stuff for green pans. I bought this because this braiser has a lid. I have used it, and love it and will buy more. It is easy to clean, cooks well and matches the rest of my Todd English cookware.

I have purchased, three, pans, covered chefs saute pan, braiser, and fryer.
these are the best pans I have ever purchased. Everything cooked evenly, perfect, cleanup with a damp cloth, actually dishwasher safe or a little dish washing detergent and warm water, it is just wonderful, I will buy more of this cookwarein the future. it is all you will ever need!

I happened to see this Greenpan when I was flipping through the tv channels. HSN was describing how wonderful these types of pans were so I bought. NOTHING sticks to it. I've cooked steaks, fish, eggs, and pancakes. It is so easy to clean too.
I love this pan. I don't use any other pan in my house because this does the job. It is lightweight and stays flat on my flame. I can't wait to use it in my oven because it says it can handle 850 degrees. Impressive!

I love this pan. I did a little research and seasoned it with oil first before I tried it out. In fact I smear a small amount of oil on every time I use it. It cooks VERY FAST. I overcooked some burgers just because I wasn't used to how quickly and evenly it cooks. I fried bacon in record time. So far everything is working wonderfully. I made a perfect omelet for the first time in my life. Time and wear will tell, but for now this pan is doing everything it's supposed to do.

I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET THIS PAN. IT WORKED GREAT AT FIRST, BUT FOOD STARTED STICKING TO THE PAN. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON CURING IT, AS IS IT WAS NOT A CHEAP PAN AND I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I TOOK CARE OF IT PROPERLY, BUT THAT WASN'T WORKING. NOW IN THE 3RD MONTH, I HAVE TO SCRUB WITH A SCOURING PAD TO REMOVE THE STAINS AND MARK EVERY TIME I USE IT. WHY? I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR IT, BUT CANNOT RETURN IT AFTER THIS MANY WEEKS. IF YOU DON'T MIND ELBOW GREASE, THEN BUY IT.

I love this pan. It's exactly the size I seem to need most often. Food heats very evenly and doesn't stick AT ALL. Plus it has a sleekness that makes it very attractive. I am very tempted to buy another one for myself.

This is the best pan I have ever owned. Just follow the directions included with the Green Pan to "season" it before you use it & you will never have a problem! Also, be sure that you preheat the pan according to directions. I love the way you can brown your foods without burning, and a silicone spatula is all you ever need to turn your food. AND, it washes up with just a soft cloth and soapy water.I have ordered more of the Green Pans.WHY DON'T THEY MAKE A WOK WITH THE GREEN PAN COATING?

I love this pan, I've had all the 'designer' cookware that cost $100 and more that were not this fantastic. The large, heavy chefs pans and saute pans all have those LONG elaborate handles that make it almost imposible to stick in the sink, dishwasher or store easily. This pan fits in my very typical split sink!!
This is THE pan, very cool lid as well. It browns everything to perfection. I love this pan! I want more!

I ordered a bazillion pieces when these pans were the "today's special" & "event priced". I have only used the braiser as my experimental piece. This is the best non stick pan I have ever owned. I have now decided to give the remaining pieces as a wedding gift. I also love the lid. Many of my older pieces have glass lids that have broken. I am crossing my fingers they will be offered again event priced & on flex pay so I can re-purchase for myself. Please offer bakeware as individual pieces.

I ordered this pan as one of the specials from last visit. I just love it! I use it for everything! But I am disapointed in the lid with it. You really should upgrade your lids to glass with all the pans.

This pan has changed my style of cooking.
I use it Wok style and cook fresh vegetables, herbs, garlic, onions, a julienned carrot even frozen fish all together using imagination what I have ready to combine. I may add a sceeze of fresh lemon juice. A delicious and fast meal. The fish is just right and very tasty from all those vegetables and the vegetables perfect, not mushy nor undercooked. Thank you very much! I just love this pan, it is BETTEER than a Wok.
