I purchased two pair of these studs when they first aired. I see now they are a clearance item. I returned both pair as they just weren't enough stone for the money. I too love VW and have enjoyed pieces by her. In this stud, I thought it was well made, unlike some reviews, but the size of the stud and stones in general, well, they were just not enough...perhaps I should have considered the size more in viewing them, but it was just a bit disappointing. Not sure that I wouldn't by them for the price now, but I don't think so...

Have a citrine necklace, needed a substantial pair of citrine earrings with "silver" setting. Citrine stone is very tiny. The silver setting is very cheaply made, not the Victoria Wieck "quality of design" I am used to purchasing. I will keep these and wear them with the necklace. The tiny citrine stone is just enough to bring out the citrine in the necklace and pull things together; otherwise, I would be returning them.

I love VW jewelry. I have many pieces and always get tons of compliments, so I really hate to have to give this a one star. These are beautiful earrings, in fact I ordered two pair. Unfortunatly the backs wouldn't stay on and they fell out. I had them on maybe ten minutes when I noticed I was missing an earring. Luckly I was at home and I was able to find the earring. I would have thought maybe I got a defective pair except it happened with both sets I purchased. Save you money ladies unless you like the one earring look. I still love VW jewelry and would purchase from her again, but if it's earrings I'll wear them around the house a while to make sure they are going to stay in.

i gave these as a gift to my aunt. she loved them. the color was very nice. a dark purple color. they were a nice size. i gave them a 3 because of the way the stones were mounted on the earring. to much cut out work. they would have looked more expensive with a solid backing.

My friend has a lot of Victoria Wieck pieces and they are beautiful, but this pair of earrings didn't own up to what I have previously seen and that's why I sent them back. I know when viewing on TV, that the size can be misleading but these were a lot smaller than I thought and I wanted a "wow" pair. I'll keep watching though!

I got in the swiss blue topaz. Nice sparkle and color. Smaller size but I knew when I purchased because I wanted something a little smaller. Give off good color and sparkle so not so small that they can't be seen on the ears. I liked them.

These earrings would be overpriced at half of what they cost. The garnets look like glass and are very fake-looking. I wonder if they are glass or doublets. Whatever the case, they are going back!

The garnet is the perfect color. It is a deep, rich red that sparkles and does not in any way look like glass. Its a gem quality garnet color. These are excellent in price and quality.
The sizing is perfect. Not too big and not too small.
The setting is solid and beautiful, not your normal 4 prong setting, above and beyond what for this price. I am happy as can be with this purchase.

The gem stone color in the green and lavender is wonderful in this ear ring, but the gem and overall size is much smaller than expected after viewing the photo on line -- even condsidering the noted size in item description. The silver base is nice.

There's some mixup with the color swatches above and for some reason, HSN sent me 2 pairs when I only ordered one. But, the blue topaz earrings are lovely. A nice size for a stud earring, sparkly and saturated color, nice silver-work cage setting. I love them! I wish Ms. Wieck did more pieces like this that are simpler in style and affordable.
