I bought this product to save money on all the refill bottles of cleaner I was buying for a Swiffer wet jet. Just fill with water and clean the whole house. I feel confident that the floors are clean and I am not just moving the dirt around.

I love the Bissell steamer. It heats quickly, and the water lasts. The floors do not get overly wet and dry quickly. It gets hard spots off the floor in seconds. So far, I'm very happy. Give me a month to use it, and I'll have more input. I wish the package came with a carpet attachment. ($25 for a separate carpet kit seems pricey considering the overall price of the steamer.) Great value for the price!

Living in the CA high desert means a lot of dust/dirt! I love this for my kitchen floor although it will look smeared sometimes and I have to go over the floor twice. Otherwise, I like this product very much.

I read all the reviews before getting this and decided to get it anyway. I'm so glad I did! Yes it does leave your floor wet for atleast 10 minutes afterwards; however, it does a fantastic job. I have a 14 month old and a puppy and I feel good knowing that I don't have sticky, smelly chemicals on my floors. You won't be disappointed in this product. I just wish it had atleast one more extra pad but all in all it's perfect.

I also found that my floors are very wet after use. The trouble shooting tells you to change the mop head when wet. Well, my floor is wet within the first 30 seconds of use. I love the idea of a quick easy way to clean my floors, however, I would need 10 mop heads to do my kitchen. It takes over 10 minutes to dry. Not sure what to do. Perhaps I'll contact Bissell. I really want it to work! Still have time to return.

Overall disappointed with the product because it left my wood floors too wet and I had to go back over them with a towel or else it left water spots

this is truly the easiest way i have ever mopped before. i do feel like the floor is alot cleaner and it is so fast. i do think anyone would enjoy this

Product is made well and light weight. Cleans my kitchen floor, but as with all floor cleaning tools, you have to vacuum or sweep before using the steamer because it will just push hair/lint/dust.

I really love this product. Cleaning is important to me, but I hate it when it's a grueling chore. The Bissell Steam Mop is a delight. It really picks up the dirt. My wood floors and linoleum look clean and new. I especially love it in the bathroom where it gets into all the hard-to-get-to areas. I have all sorts of flooring in my apartment and it works on everything. I enjoy cleaning with this every Saturday morning and when I have an occasional spill, the Bissell cleans it right up. The pads are fabulous! The only thing I would've improved on this product is where the water supply fits in should be made a little more of a secure fit. I am very pleased with this product and use it often.

I have white 1990 vinyl flooring and hard wood floors that have high gloss. The vinyl floors are white again for the first time in years and removed all the old wax build up after a few mopping's. I have high gloss vinyl in bathroom and have not found that it removes the high gloss at all. They are still very shiny, even after MANY moppings.
I am very afraid to use on my hard wood floors since the steamer does leave the floors very wet and you do have to dry with a dry micro fiber mop. That is my only complaint.

I have tried several steam mops and had to send them back..This one does just what is promised ( to my surprise) I did buy the distilled water and I have a nice clean kitchen floor, with no chemicals...I was concerned with the heat after unplugged stayed hot for 30 minutes but Bissell said it was okay when I called...So have had no problems at all...

This is my second one to order. My son-in-law kept the first one! He has 4 small children in varying stages of mobility and has to keep the floors clean for them. He uses the mop several times a week and feels the floors are cleaner for little ones to crawl on. The floor actually feels different after several uses. Smoother. The only "bad" comment is it does remove high gloss shine. The microfiber covers are great for throwing in the washing machine-easy clean. I have finally received mine and enjoy the smoothness of my floors-easy to use. Definately much better than wringing mops!!

This is the second Bissell product we have purchased from HSN. The steam is hot and the pads absorb very well. Even on a large area we just remove the pad, rinse it out and place it back on to finish the job. We are very pleased. You can't beat the frangrance of Eucalyptus in your home. Thanks HSN

Ive had my Bissell steam mop for 2 years I would never go back useing any of the cleaners again. My floors are not stickey and no more rinseing !!I feel good as I no longer worry about my cat licking his feet my grandsons walking around barefooted So this Christmas I orderd my daughter one.
