The energy. The workmanship. The quality of design. Even with the missing stone, I couldn't send it back. I called and was given a $50 refund, which was a generous compensation, considering it was one tiny stone out of dozens. (I think this makes it more collectible) It's a Christmas gift and my quirky daughter just might like the mishap. People will ask her what happened and she will say someone fell asleep on the nightshift. "The night shift...I tell ya."
I love his jewelry so much that two characters in my novel wear it. I also love Heidi Daus and Amy Khan Russell.

I love this necklace so much, but it bothered me that it was obviously meant to be symmetrical; yet there was a dangle missing on one side. I solved the problem by taking the necklace to a jeweler and having the little dangle removed from the other side. He charged me nothing and I filed the necklace gently with an emory board. This necklace and matching bracelet are absolutely gorgeous. Please continue to make elegant jewelry in soft colors but bold designs, Nicky.

I love this necklace--the colors are very pretty. Most of the NB pieces I own are quite large and this is a nice change for me. Love the aqua quartz--cannot tell it from the aquamarine I own.

I got this necklace and not only is the center stone cloudy, the dangle on the one side was not put on. This means they missed 5 stones and nobody noticed? Where is your quality control?????????

When I got this necklace home, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so much nicer than the pictures. I love the detail, the color and the craftmanship is excellent. It is polished and refined. It is a wonderful piece of jewelry.

I bought this necklace and earrings to match. I wore them to a wedding with a purple dress. I got so many compliments on this jewelry. I am very happy - the stones are brilliant, the setting is symmetrical and lays perfectly on the neck. Another great design and beautiful gems from Mr. Butler!!!

I bought this necklace and matching earrings and they look great if you want to go a bit dressy. They are feminine, pretty, nicely made and the stonework is up to the usual Nicky Butler standards. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because the blue of the stones is not nearly as blue as the pictures show, and HSN has GOT to learn how to pack expensive jewelry so it doesn't get knocked around in the box!!!!
