I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I like this product and it works when I use it on a regular basis. Just bought the face kit, can't wait to try that.

Completely dissatisfied with this product. The process was very time consuming and the results were inconsistent with its claims. I am not stubble free, I do not have super smooth skin and the smell of burning hair is pretty bad. Sorry but this device is definitely a NO! NO!

It is very time consuming, but it really does minimize hair growth. It doesn't give the closest hair removal.

Ordered this to address the hubby's excessive backhair, as well as for my legs. This device has more drawbacks than positives. It is MASSIVELY time-consuming plan on spending hours per week working on your spots. Also, THE SMELL IS NOT TO BE BELIEVED WHEN THE HAIR BURNS OFF! We did it in an enclosed house in our DR and the smell of burned hair took DAYS to remove. It was nauseating

I bought this thinking that it might actually work. I watched the informational video and soon started to use it. This ridiculous product started burning my leg and burning the hair off of my leg. It felt like a lighter was being moved over my leg. It smelled and hurt a lot. As soon as I could, I sent it back. I purchased the item because it had free shipping and handling, was told I could have a refund if I didn't like it, and then was charged to ship it back. The shipping charge didn't bother me as much as the worthless product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT. It is a waste of money and a fraud!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would. If you want to burn your hair off and have lots of pain, this is the product for you, but otherwise, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

PLEASE don't buy this! I am so disappointed in HSN for promoting such a worthless product. I'm not sure I can ever trust HSN again, I thought they previewed products and stood behind the quality. There is very little hair removal involved, and it burns the hair off, and leaves nasty stubble just like shaving. At least with shaving you don't have to worry about 2nd-3rd degree burns. Just like others, I was burned by the product. PLEASE everyone who has purchsed No!NO! go to your Attorney General's Office, online, for your state and file a complaint. Let's get them out of business before others are hurt. I want a full refund for what they've done to me!!!

I purchased this item and was burned horribly...the second time left a scar. The hair removal is basically burnt to the skin...Not at all what is promissed. RETURNED

I used this on my upper lip it worked on some of it hoping it will continue to work on the rest over time .my friend can see the bald spot . takes a while & need to be careful of lip or you will get burned

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Very disappointed with the product. Does not have the results as presented. I followed the instructions, yes takes time and patience but I have seen no results as shown and it's about 9 weeks. You have to shave your legs. And as others have said you are then outside of the 30 days for a refund....

The fact that you are to use it for a longer peroid of time to get the desired results I feel that HSN has set many of us up. When you do what the product mfg. suggests theys should assure money back for a longer peroid of time. Don't waste your money, As so many of us have. The NO-NO IS JUNK

I had this product for 2 months now and I love my no no. I spent $1000 on laser for my under arms and wanted to get my legs done which was going to cost another $3000. Using the no no the first few times the hair became patchy and grew in slower. As I kept using it the hair grew in less and less. I still have to shave to be totally smooth but shaving is easier and less often. I would say this product works as good if not better than laser hair removal and is much cheaper.

this is a total sham; the no no has a razor blade in the device which is what shaves the hair. hair grows back as if you chaved it with your own razor at home. amount of hair does not lessen and now you're stuck with stubble in a few days. they won't let me return mine since i've had it for 8 weeks which, by the way, is about how long they say to use it in order to see results. Shame on HSN for allowing such a low quality product to be sold on their network. i'm switching to QVC.
