I love fountains and this one was great. We built a deck this summer and I ordered this fountain. It kept the bugs away while we listened to the water. Very unique and worth the money. I highly recommend this fountain to anyone.

I loved this when I first got it until I put fuel in the torch section, then you cannot refill the water unless it is empty otherwise if there is more than 8 cups of water total, the water will flow into the actual torch and can catch on fire. It is hard to get it level and it tempermental after refilling it. It does look really pretty at night when it is lit.

HSN needs better quality control when their suppliers ship their products. My beartiful fountain is missing the main part for the wick to sit in (the top oil bowl) An SMALL adjustment was made & now the burdon is on me to find a working substitute in 30 days; which will determine if I return it or not!

The pump has to be attached to a tube inside the ball...the flexible tubing is too short! Arghhhhh! Back it goes!

As another Customer wrote - mine arrived with the wick portion missing too. How can this happen?? Customer Service gave me an adjustment on the price so I can hopefully find something that allows it to work as it should - pain in the neck. It is quiet as just a fountain unless you turn the power on the pump all the way up - then it splashes a bit - other than all of the above - it's attractive and as it would require putting it back into the four boxes it arrived in - will be a keeper.

THIS ITEM IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY BIG! ITS PACKED VERY WELL AND IS VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE. WHAT A GREAT PRICE FOR SUCH A UNIQUE AND PRETTY ITEM

This is actually a very attractive item, but as others have mentioned, you cannot hear the water. What was really distressing was that when it arrived it was missing the top part where the flame comes out! HSN offered to pay the shipping for me to return it, but it came packed in FOUR boxes and would have been a real pain in the you-know-what to return. I found a way to work around it with something I already had at home, but I was disappointed that it wasn't complete when I received it.

I agree with the previous reviewer that the fountain is beautiful but I can hardly hear the water. It would be better if the fountain had more of an angle or something to make the water sound more evident. The water glides so quietly over the fountain with hardly any sound. I kept it because it's a nice decorative piece. I ordered the red flame color.

I love the look of this fountain. I ordered the jade one. A very pretty green. It looks great. The only thing is that I can't here the trickel of the water. That's why I gave it a 4 out of 5. Thinking of sending it back.

I ordered the ruby color and have it displayed indoors in a hallway. This was packaged to the hilt, I cannot even comprehend how this could arrive damaged as it's in a box...that's in a box...that's in a box! My goodness, it took longer for me & my hubby to UNPACK this than to assemble it!
The color/glazing work is just lovely; very artisan crafted! As for the assembly...nothing to it! I am so glad I got this as it's a very unique item for our home.

I loved this fountain so much that I ordered three more as gifts for friends and a co-worker. My friends have loved the fountain so much that two of them have ordered them for gifts as well. The water/fire features together are unexpected and the ceramic glaze is very artistic. I'm so glad I got these when I did!

I purchased the flame fountain as a house warming gift for my sister. The item was damaged when she opened it. I offered to reorder it & she was very embarassed but didn't like it at all. I looked at it & it was nothing like it appeared on TV or my computer. What a disappointment and big cost for shipping. If HSN does not refund my shipping, it will be the last mistake I make with them as the last 4 items I have ordered have been damaged & "appeared" to be returned items.

Absolutely beautiful and so soothing. Looks like something bought at an art show! I could not be more pleased. Bought the ruby and would love to have another in the flame if they offer it again. Very easy set up. Love, love, love it!!!

I was looking for something to use near the hot tub to put citronella in. This really fit the bill! The ones I saw in the catalogues were up to twice the cost...this was much better than I expected in size and quality. It came packaged to withstand an earthquake!

I BOUGHT THE FOUNTAIN AND HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX YET HOWEVER, MY ISSUE IS I WAS CHECKING MY CREDIT CARD AND DISCOVERED AN EXTRA WARRANTY CHARGE ...Electronics 1-Yr Replacement HSN Protection Plus $50 to $99 Shipped 5/27/2009...THAT I DID NOT WANT OR ORDERED.IT WAS FOR ONLY $9.50 BUT HSN HAD NO RIGHT TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE NOT CHARGED IN THE SAME MANNER. I AM SENDING MY FOUNTAIN BACK BECAUSE OF THIS FRAUD

I ordered two of these water fountains in the Sable color and they are fabulous! They make a great Zen water feature and they are quite large, good value for the price. I just ordered another one in the Ruby color for my daughter. I highly recommend these.

Ordered flame and love it! BUT, first one a third wasn't finished nor glazed. Second apparently damaged from metal insert being shipped in the fountain with no protection for the ceramic tabs. Both were shipped like that but damage only to one. Should be wrapped separately. Both had visible, but not felt, glaze cracking. Fountain is a perfect size, great price, water sounds great, pump is silent, doesn't splash! I'll rate higher if I order again and receive undamaged.

I usually have very high expectations of items I purchase. I've searched for a fountain that wasn't too expensive, that looked nice, didn't splash water, had a quiet pump and wasn't made of plastic. Fortunately, I checked HSN. The photo's do NOT do this fountain justice. The quality is incredible, and I am amazed HSN can deliver such a high quality item (actually, it seems like a ceramic art object) at this price. I just hooked it up and it is absolutely perfect.
