This is a wonderful electric skillet. I've wanted to purchase an electric skillet for the 30 years that I've been married. I haven't done it because either they were not submersible or they were not big enough or they were not non stick...kind of like Goldilock's porridge. This skillet offered all the features I was looking for plus some!
I used it for the first time the other night. It held a dish that contained 36 oz pasta, 3 lbs of ground beef and the fixings for it. With room to spare. Nothiing burned...the low was low enough to keep it on hold for quite a while.
At cleanup time it came off the cradle, into the sink and a quick swipe with the dishcloth and sudsy water and it was sparkling clean.
My skeptical family who felt we did not need one more kitchen appliance was also convinced it was money very well spent. Thanks for the GREAT product HSN!

I love it .. I cook a roast in it it cook fast in real teats great. it also cook in half of the time then my old one did. buy it you will not be sorry. clean up with a paper towel. it work like they say.

i figured i was just getting a nice skillet it makes a difference easy to clean i wish i would have had one like this years ago would not hesitate to order anything of wolfgang pucks so much quality

Over the years I have probably had 20 skillets and so far I think this may be the best. It is nice and heavy and super easy to clean. I love the "helper" on the control. My last Skillet , my husband had to remove the control for me. So far nothing sticks and we like the pour notch for emptying out grease. Speaking of grease the lift on one end is great! I was hoping Todd English would come up with an electric skillet with his new green pans but the teflon was gone off my old skillet so when I saw Wolfgang's I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. Thanks Wolfgang, I love it. Maybe I will also try his "ricecooker"

I had been looking for a large capacity electric skillet when I purchased this one; it's absolutely fantastic & my co-worker was envious(in a good way). My only request is that you make a glass lid available for purchase for this skillet if possible & keep the great products coming.

I had looked for an electric skillet for many years. I could not believe when Wolf brought this on last show. Gosh, I bought it no matter. It is wonderful, he is smart to put a prop on the end of it so the grease runs down to one side. He is such a great person and makes great items. I have most all his kitchen items and his first convention oven used almost daily. I hope he makes another large one like it.

I love this skillet, especially for indoor summer cooking. My kitchen stays cool. It is large enough to cook an entire one-dish meal for 4 with leftovers. I have been converting skillet meal recipes and everything has turned out great. I made pancakes this morning and they were perfect.

Love the skillet. But no instructions on setting the vent.
On a roast you have no amount of water to put in skillet, just have to keep opening the lid to check and do you set the vent closed or what.
Need more down to earth recipes instead of all new out of this world and etc.

I love the skillet but wish there was a cookbook with some common receipes, like roast chicken ( should it be done on the rack or not) temp, and anything else for us commom folk. Thank You.

This is the greatest product! I am single and never buy frozen pizzas because I hate starting up that big oven and I also can't to eat an entire pizza by myself. I went to Costco and bought one of their huge pizza's that honestly doesn't even fit in my big oven. I cut the pizza in half, freezing the other half, cooked it and 13 minutes later I had a perfectly cooked pizza! Between Wolf's Electric Wok and this Skillet, I don't even need to use my stove or oven anymore. Thanks Wolf!

I made Maryland Fried Chicken today. Because of its size, there was hardly and spatter or mess. It held all of the parts of a large chicken. It turned out great. I rarely fry chicken because of the mess. I plan on using this skillet for most of my cooking, since it is so versatile. I like the fact that I can also use this as a roaster. I have a large roaster and was thinking about getting a smaller one. When I saw this, I knew it would serve all of my needs.

I thought this skillet may be too big for just the two of us; but I made our entire breakfast using the one skillet; for dinner, made a roast and I can't tell you how easy it is to care for. I LOVE IT.... I love Wolf's cookware; but this took the place of several different pots and pans. I will need to build a new kitchen to hold my wolfgang purchases :-) .. LOVE it.

Much too large for everyday use by a couple. More for large families or holiday cooking. Need a smaller size for couples!!!

I am so elated with this skillet and so is my husband. We first fried 2 large eggplants, for eggplant parm. It took about 20 minutes. Today, I roasted chicken breasts, potatoes, and fresh stringbeans in it. SUPERB. Skillet holds it's temp, cooks so evenly, carmelization was perfect and the clean-up was so quick. I highly, highly recommend this skillet to everyone.

I fried chicken in it and it came out perfect!Beautiful pan and a suggestion would be the temp probe readings could be more defined.The temperature dots on mine are between the ridges, but once I figured that out I was fine.Other skillets on the market are not as deep nor do they have the high lid and the nice roasting/baking rack or the lid vent.And, I love the pour spout! No more oil running down the outside of the pan as I pour it out. Thank you, Wolf and HSN! Need another cookbook, Deb!! :)

I have an extra deep round skillet (even deeper than this one) and I love it because it avoids a lot of splatters but I wanted a square or rectangular one because you can get so much more done at one time.
The fact that you can adjust the lid to two different stand up positions is awesome.
Even though I own just about every pot and pan known to man I am thrilled with this product and will use it regularly. Loved the event price and two installments.
