Mine worked great until day 31! Right after the money back guarantee. Hadn't even finished paying for it yet and it has only one speed...low. And for best results you have to use the highest setting. What a bunch of bs. I read the papers that came with it and it said you can email the maker if you have any problems. I did and guess what. No response. Been over 45 days now and still no response. I hate things that don't work like they're supposed to. Getting sick of buying from HSN. Seems everything that looks so good to me, well it is too good to be true. Especially this product.

I have used the DermaWand tool for 6 weeks now and see absolutely
no results. I used moisterizer always before applying the DW
and still have now a very irritated dry skin.
This product is not working and not worth the money.
I cannot recommend this product.

After using the derma wand I really did notice a difference. In fact I saw the same results for treaments that I was paying hundreds of dollars for per session at the day spas and dermatologist's office. I even tried using it on only half of my face to see if I noticed a change. Boy did I!

I have been using this for about a month. At 65, I had good skin. But I was beginning to develop deep lines from the mouth to the chin. This has been wonderful. The lines are far less noticable and I have only had time to use it once a day since I am up at 5 to get ready for a 1.5 hour commute. People have noticed that I look younger and ask why.

I used this product for two weeks and my face is a mess.

I did not see any results instantly or long term. Please don't waste your 90 dollars. Dont waste your money, in my humble opinion.

Rated a 4 because I've only used for 5 days, my pores are very much reduced, skin is refreshed, I don't know about the smell - I haven't noticed any (maybe they are using too high-too fast?)
I spend 2 minutes am and pm - fits right into a quick routine, hoping for the longer term lifting (this is more preventative for me at this point), but skin looks great after using - like you just stepped out of a facial...you have nothing to lose with the liberal guarantee.

I agree with the one who said not to waste a penny on this product. It is a waste as far as I am concerned. I don't want to waste that much time on my face 2 times a day. I just want to exfoliate my skin once a week and not take an extra 10 or 20 minutes to use that thing. I am almost 60 years old and have no wrinkles anyway so I must be doing something right.

This thing is a joke. It didn't do anything to lift any part of my face. In fact, the Suzanne Somers product did more to lift my face than this thing and I even returned that, too!
All of these machines are hype. There is no way anyone can realistically use a machine for two or five or even 30 minutes every day twice per day and look that dramatically different. It just doesn't do what they say it does. Sorry! I'm sending it back.

I finally ordered the Derma Wand. I must say I was skeptical but knew I could always return it if not convinced.Well,I AM CONVINCED!I just received it and wanted to try it right away,even though I had already applied makeup and didn't want to remove it,etc.I saw a difference after a few minutes around my eyes and forehead.I can't wait to see the exciting results AFTER cleansing my face.Very glad I ordered the Derma Wand. I wish I would of got it sooner.

I got the Dermawand and the products last week. I love it! I'm SO glad that I got it. The eye lift they talk about really does work, there are other exercises in the instructions and on a dvd that comes with it that I just started too. My face looks a lot fresher and younger and my skin feels so smooth.
I also like the skincare products that came with it. They work well and are not greasy at all. I'm getting one of these for my sister and Mom for Mothers Day. I wish I had this 5 years ago.

I have been using Derma Wand for over a week now and I love it. I watched the DVD and followed the directions to a "T" using the Pre-face treatment. I immediately noticed the softening of crows feet and a little raising of the eyebrow arch. After a week of using twice a day for 3-4 minutes, the eyebrow arch is much more raised, my jaw line is more defined and the all over wrinkles are much less noticeble. My face feels firmer and fresher. Yay! My husband loves it and my friends are impressed!
