I initially ordered the brown and purple necklace and was sooooo dissapointed to find that both were chipped and scratched on the disk area!
I returned them,having complained to customer service and they sent a new purple necklace.Unfortunatley the disk was in worse condition than the prior two.The most simple way to rectify this problem is to wrap the disk so that it will not be damaged by the charms, in transit.
Very dissapointed,as the necklace is fab (and expensive)!
