At this point not satisfied and may return.
The three problems I have encountered are: (1) Heat, it puts off a lot of heat and heats my small kitchen. My oven thermometer goes to 550 deg and it shows it at least that hot inside. (2) Burns items, I am yet to cook something, pizza, toast, bacon, steak that it did not burn top surface. I think because it gets too hot, don't need 550+ deg. Not enough user control. And last (3) Small cooking space. If it had larger space might not have burning problem.
Definitely needs some work on how it is programmed for foods and needs user control for temperature and whether top or bottom heaters are on. More a snack cooker more than anything else. Be better off with a convection toaster oven at half the price of Infrawave.
