These are my second pair and I love them. I see a big difference in the pain to my knees and back. I wear them in my work shoes and sneakers and have increased my walking to 5 days a week.

I have worn similar inserts for 13 years, which cost $200. They finally wore out, and I decided to try these. My feet feel great, just like the expensive ones did years ago. I am buying another set, since I gave my second pair to my co-woker. she loves them al well.

I have used orthotics for many years but lately they have not been very good and even thought they cost hundreds of dollar they fall apart quickly. I find that the walkfit works perfectly for me and my problems. It stabilized my ankles and my knees don’t hurt like they use to. It provides me with perfect support for my arches and ankles. It has virtually eliminated the heel and leg pain I’ve been living with for many years. In addition I no longer suffer from lower back pain as I use to. In my case I do have an arch and when I first started wearing these I put in the “LOW” arch now after about a month or so I have switched over to the “Medium”. Also, keep in mind that these are not for the balls of your feet, for that you will need some other cushion. I don’t know if they work for people with flat feet, but for me they are great.

Had I read the reviews I would have thought twice before purchasing this product. I gave it a 1 because I had to give it a star. I tried it in many different pairs of shoes and it did not work in any of them. It was hard and uncomfortable and made my feet hurt even more that they did before I used them.
I have learned my lesson. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASES! ESPECIALLY THE NEGATIVE ONES.

I tried these in my shoes for a couple of days and I know it says to stick with it longer, but they hurt my feet too bad to continue. I was really hoping these would work but no luck. They are too hard and stiff.

I suffer from Plantar Faciitis,and I am flat footed. I went to a podiatrist and WASTED $400 of insurance money on scultpted orthotics. After being fitted, waiting weeks for them to come in, they were uncomfortable, and didn't even support my whole heel. Then came WALK-FIT- yes you MUST follow directions by wearing for only an hour first day and so on... but my heels give me no more problems, My knees no longer hurt and my hip doesn't hurt. Because I am flatfooted, the part where I have the "low' inserts -( where my arch should be) does get a little sore- because - I dont actually have an arch. Other than that- they REALLY help! This set came with two pair- while its a little more than buying direct- you KNOW you can count on HSN's return policy - so its a safer way to go!

After watching the WalkFit Shoe Inserts presentation, I thought I could avoid making a trip to my chiropractor who had a great pair made for me a while back. I am very disappointed in WalkFit inserts. Too many pieces and very painful. I will be returning them immediately!

I tried as recommended and I COULD NOT stand it. This product made my feet hurt more than they did before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. If I could have given this product a minus number I would have cause I believe this product is worse that the 1 star Poor rating!!!

I love my walk-fits, and ever since I started wearing them I notice when I get up from my desk and walk around, my back and legs don't hurt like they used to!
I will order them for a couple others in my office that have pain in the neck and lower back, they are great.

My husband has physican made Orthotics whi ch work great but they don't fit into his casual shoes. These sounded like they would be perfect because the are smaller in size. They weren't. They actually caused more pain for him and he was better off without them. Too bad.

I PURCHASED THESE FOR MY SELF AND A GIFT FOR MY MOM. . SHE WORKS 8 HOURS A DAY FOR 6 DAYS A WEEK. SHE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS. BUT AFTER WEARING THEM FOR 1 HOUR A DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS . SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE .I TRIED THESE AND I AGREE WITH HER NOT COMFORTABLE.. I GIVE THIS PRODUCT 1 STAR... DIDN'T WORK FOR US

It's been over a month that I've been using this product.I followed the directions as instructed and my entire body aches. It's like someone beat you up. I can't return it anymore coz' it tells in the instruction to give it a month to work, I'm hurting so much right now, it's like going back to square one when it comes to pain relief. Don't waste your money guys.

Altho these did not feel as comfortable as I thought they would and needed broken in period, I did notice I have more support in my feet, legs, knees than I had previously without them especially after car accident I had that hurt my Knees/Feet. Also I am on my feet at my job so need as much support as possible. Nothing else has worked as well so far.

The problem being you can only use these in shoes you can remove the insole. It says you can use them in sandles but it doesn't work. That said when used in shoes that you can remove the insole
it takes the pressure off the ball of your feet and are great to work out in.

I have developed plantar foot problems and great heel pain. I purchased the original from a local store and loved them. These are even better and a HUGE savings. You have to follow the guidelines given and build up to the correct arch support. I was not successful until I followed the suggestions given. (Guess that's why they include them.) Well worth the time to have pain managed.

The plastic is too high up on the sides and way too thick of a sole. It did not fit in my regular shoes, and it only fit in my tennis shoe after ripping out the insole. The product raised my foot so high up in the shoe that it caused me to get blisters to the top part of my foot. The actual insole is way too thick and it was very sharp and dug into the bottom of my foot. Go to your local podiatrist office and they should have very reasonable priced insoles.

I HAD TO RETURNED THEM, IT GAVE ME PAIN THE ARCH OF MY FOOT, WICH I NEVER FELT BEFORE. I BOUGHT THEM BECAUSE I WEAR HIGH HILLS AND WORKOUT A LOT SO BY THE END OF THE DAY i FELT PAIN IN THE BALL OF MY FOOT FROM THE PRESSURE OF THE HILLS. THEY ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE
