Great Price and have purchased many gateway computers over the years. But this time i'm disapppointed. I needd some help and contacted the online support and got no where. All they would say is you need to purchase this to fix the problem. This computer is less than 6 months old. I didn't feel i got the support i expected from Gateway

I was so excited to get this netbook but when I received the computer-it did not work. The screen just kept blank. I had to send it back.

Bought in June & in August it died. Sent back to Gateway. Hope it can be fixed or I just wasted $300. Loved it while it worked

Meets the needs of a small portable computer. Would like to see a more functional mouse pad. A little awkward for larger hands. Otherwise a nice mini laptop - great for traveling, fits in the purse and is very light weight.

I bought this notebook for my son's 10th b-day few weeks ago. Easy setup. We took it on a couple of weekend trips. Everybody love it. Nice and lightweight.This is perfect buy for anyone who wants to be connected any where anytime and have the internet & pc at their finger tips! I reccommend this to everyone!

I love this computer. I use a full desktop computer at work for basic p.o.s. & my husband has a full size laptop at home. The gateway LT is great it can go in my purse & is very light. If I can get it working & use all the funtions anyone can.

I have had high praise for Gateway...I own two already. I ordered this off of the TV presentation. It was presented as a smaller version of a laptop that I thought would be perfect for my grandson. I couldn't stop the order by the time I went on line to find out more about it and discovered it has NO disk drive. You have to have ANOTHER computer to download software into a memory stick. This is NOT like a laptop ...more like a giant telephone! It just arrived and is going back unopened.

This is a really great littl netbook. The only thing that we don't like is the touchpad/scroll. It is not too easy to use but maybe with time it will be more easy to use

I love it,use it 6-7 times a day.Easy to use,webcam is nice also.I feel this was a good deal.
Everything was pre-loaded,all I had to do was turn it on,I carry it in my bag and it picks up signals almost everywhere I go.If they come back,may buy another for my son.

I really expected more from gateway. As soo as I turned it on I noticed a spot inside the screen. The touchpad was really difficult to operate. After two weeks it froze up. I returned it almost two weeks ago and HSN still hasn't refunded my account. I will be going to QVC from now on.

I AM VERY INPRESSED WITH THIS NETBOOK, IT CAME IN A TIMELY FASHION, PRELOADED AND REALLY TO GO. I TAKE IT WITH EVERYWHERE, ITS EASY TO USE AND IT LOCATES WYFI WITH SUCH EASE, WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE.

GEAT computer, I grab it 4-5 times a day. I can sit in my recliner and pay bills email etc. this is my third gateway computer in 10 years,have loved everyone of them, very dependable
this little wonder goes everywhere I go. the computer was up and running in just afew minutes.

I brought this Gateway and a Dell 10.1 at the same time as possible backups/replacements to my Dell laptop that is more than 4 years old.. This was up and running in less tahn 10 minutes. The Dell could not find my router and ran hot. I am concerned that the Gateway does not have a CD drive to reinstall software. Gateway should send the install software on a compatable disk drive.

LOVE this little notebook!! From the day I got it, it has been a complete joy and easy to set-up and use. Before it arrived, I bought some mini-notebook items like a mini-mouse and USB storage drives to move programs, files etc. from desktop PC and I was ready to go and now use this mini-notebook as my main PC -am disabled and have it set up in bedroom. The QUALITY is terrific, no crashes -it does everything smoothly!! Also works great with the little RCA HD camcorder TSV :)THANKS, HSN !!

Big mistake. At first it seemed to work fine, with minor exception of the touch pad not being very sensitive. One week later the computer ran hot and then shut down. Battery light constantly glowed red. Called Gateway which an Indian person answered. She wanted me to first register and then said something about sending back to them. I stopped her right there and said, no problem I will send back to retailer and unfortunately will not purchase another Gateway or Acer or Emachines.

I really enjoy having a compact portable Netbook you can just throw in your purse or bag.Take it along and its great for surfing the Web and checking email. Get this as a additional to your PC collection and dont go into it thinking this is my main PC or a Family PC.It is a personal portable pc !

perfect notebook for on the go ppl, battery life is excellent multiple card reader works great with photos and web camera is very nice,dosen't have cd/dvd rom drive you have to back up to SD card but not much of an issue for my wife the student who loves throwing this book in her purse and taking to university. if it holds up as it has can not be beat for money spent. the wifi works get at the coffee shop i am told lol

Bought for family. Doesn't have licensed software you get when purchasing a new pc. Kids use the pc a lot and have had problems with viruses/had to reinstall original software. It comes preloaded and I tried to make a boot-disk which asks me to back up to cd/dvd (it doesn't have a cd/dvd driver so how can you back it up? Not worth the money unless you are using it to check e-mails or surfing the net. Not worth the risk of having it crash and can't reboot/install software. It's going back today
