Received our Elliptical within a week of ordering. Put together by myself in about 2 hours with no issues just follow the instructions. My wife and I have used it everyday since we've go it great workout will make you sweat. Purchased a universal power adapter for 13.00 set it on 6v and didn't have to deal with batteries. Only gave it 4 stars because the fan isn't the greatest.

Pros:
1.Came sooner than planned
2.Is quiet
3.It is compact
4.Just right for short people like me (5'2") Narrow

6.I can get a great workout in half the time of treadmill and workout DVDs

1.Assembly took 2.5 hours for 3 intelligent people!
2.The parts diagram and the instruction manual DO NOT MATCH
3.The handles (no matter what we did still moved a bit) Other than that were good

So as you see the pros out weighed the cons. I am excited about getting fit with it. I purchased a treadmill from HSN 7 years ago and it is still running so I hope I have the same luck here.

I would give this machine a 4 star but HSN has the worst customer service ever , I recieved my elliptical without a serial number, how convient. without that number your warranty is voided.. I havent purchased anything from hsn in along time because of their horrible service but decided to give them one more try, Never again. HSN you can keep your 15% coupon to use on my next order I will never use it.

I ordered this elliptical because the width (side-to-side) is narrower than another elliptical I had, and that makes my strides more natural with less swinging of the hips. There is a noticeable positive difference for me. I assembled the machine by myself in a bit more than 2 hours; it wasn't rocket science but some screws and bolts are harder than others to put in right and tighten. I used lots of grease, so no squeaking yet. I also purchased a Nordic-Track AC Adapter for Proform machines at Sears for $20, so battery installation (removal of some screws on panel) is now not necessary. The workouts are good so far. I am crossing my fingers that it continues to be as good as it is now.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the other reviews, This elliptical was very easy to put together about an hour. It is very sturdy and quite I have used it for about an 1 1/2 hrs a day for the last month and have had no problems. I I have a small Master bedroom and this fits perfect. It has a very smooth glide which makes the time fly by. This same model sells for $699.00 at Sears. HSN is the best!!!

I really wanted this machine to work out. I read the reviews and thought maybe I could do this or maybe the machine would be sturdy and would not make noises as other reviews said. Well, it was put together properly, and it made noises loud enough not to hear the television or music. Please do yourself a favor and don't order this. I am sending it back, and it is horrible to do so. Just do not want anybody else to go through what I went through.

I purchased this machine mid-last month and it arrived way ahead of time then provided. my husband and a friend were able to put it up without a problem. this machine is great it really make you burn the CALORIES....TRY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Just a GREAT machine so far. The ramp adjustments are a snap and add a nice variation in feel and resistance. Programs are more than enough for most anyone Cool display bar graph representation of the workout. All in all everything arrived in perfect condition, looks great, and functions perfectly. The machine IS solid and heavy but you CAN assemble it alone if careful. The guy who packages this thing is either an evil madman or a genius ~ a maze of packing and pieces... well packed to say the least.
Highly recommend this unit, SUPER NICE machine & VERY HAPPY with it.
PS ( A couple things OTHERS COMPLAINED ABOUT Power adapter? Geez! Use a universal power adapter ($6) set to 6V (same as the sum of the batteries it can also run on) and the right polarity ~ SIMPLE! Noise? Mine is dead quite for an elliptical and I can only wonder if on assembly people had applied the supplied grease liberally as instructed.)

Buy this product with a warranty, or do not buy it. One month after my warranty was over, I starded having problems with the machine. HSN would not help me either, I purchase 3 Laptops from them, and this machine in less than 18 months, I'm unhappy with HSN also. Wouldn't even make a phone call on my behalf.

I just received my Elliptical on August 11, 2009, and I love it. It's quiet and my 17 year old son put it together for me. All parts were there and it works wonderful. I am on my way to a new skinny me.

I'm very happy with my elliptical. Its worth every penny. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the instructions could have been more detailed. It probably would have taken less time to put it together if they were more detailed. I workout on it everyday and it gives me a great workout and I am having no problems with it. I would recommend it to anyone. Its a very sturdy piece of equipment that I love using in the privacy of my home.

I am very pleased with this elliptical!! It was put together with no problem and all the parts were there. Mine is working very smoothly with no noise at all. I'm getting a very good workout, the best out of all the fitness equipment I own. I haven't experienced any of the problems the others have and I've been using it every day for over a month now. It's one of the best investments I've made for this line of equipment. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

I am hoping that once I get the power supply (depending on price) that I will be able to take advantage of programs. Batteries not working too well in console and I can only do manual-which is still a great workout.

I am happy with my machine. I have had it for just over a week now and it works perfectly. All the parts were in excellent condition...nothing broken or missing. I put it together by myself in 2 hours...don't know how much more quickly it would go with 2 people. I've been using it everyday with no problems. I really like the different workouts provided. They work! I am very impressed with this machine and would recommend it to a friend!

I must say out of all of the years I have been a customer with HSN, I am very disappointed. Let’s see where do I start?
1. It was a hassle! Inconvenient
2. Damaged parts.
3. Loose console, yes it was as tight as it could go.
4. I have to purchase a power cord which is sold separately, probably costly, TOTAL PRICE???? Good deal versus Bad deal
5. Long wait to order
I have never been so disappointed in the service I have received, up to now. What a bummer!!!
