Does not go on nice and easy. Medium has an orangish tinge. looks very cakey when u put in on, but does look nicer after wearing it for a while. I gave it 3 stars because I like the meltdown.

After watching Adrienne with her make up on TV, then reading reviews on line I ordered. I was so excited to get with large compact, regular mirror-not a magnification mirror, concealer and make up all in one. Wore it several days consistently, but sad to say it is not good make up. There is a crayola crayon odor to it, the consistency is not creamy and easy to spread as all the sales pitch stated, and the medium has somewhat of an orangish tint you can see when you apply. I am sorry Adrienne, I tried it but would not buy. The melt down is okay but to take of mascara you have to use a wash cloth to get the stuff off, not a use and rinse off type to get all the make up off like my philosophy purity does. Would not recommend unless improvement of the product.

This is really good makeup with great coverage, which I need. Unfortunately, the color is too dark for me so it is going back. I did get the fair, and will be keeping that one.

I was intimidated to write a review. Everyone already said everything wonderful that I could think of, especially the woman from Texas with the 10 reasons to buy this make up. I was amazed by this product. I have ordered a lot of different types of make up with average satisfaction thinking that at my age all I could expect was average success. This make up took my look to a whole new level. I am really happy with the results. I feel youthful and sexy... oooo.. did I say that? Well, it's true. I do. Thank you, Adrienne. I will be watching you and taking you seriously. You deliver.

I ordered the make-up in medium and it turned out to be a shade too light. it makes a fab concealer and hides my dark under-eye circles so I am keeping it. The huge compact mirror is great too. I am only 27 and It goes on silky smooth not greasy or oily. I wish they had my color in stock. Anyway, what impressed me the most was the shea butter meltdown. I did not expect to be using this product but decided to try it at night....WOW it removes all my make-up at night and leaves my skin hydrated but not greasy. So much so that a patch of dry skin on my nose which I have had all through the summer, went AWAY! I could not be happier. Even my boyfriend noticed my skin looked "glowy" and "hey your nose quit peeling..". I encourage women with younger combination skin not to hesitate to try it.

I'VE BEEN USING ADRIENNE'S PRODUCTS FOR TWENTY YEARS. OCCASIONALLY, I HAVE STRAYED.....BUT NOTHING BEATS HER MAKEUP. AND THIS 8 BUTTERS IS MARVELOUS. WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT SHE WAS ON HSN WITH THE BEST PRICES EVER, I WAS SOOO HAPPY. I'M A PRETTY DECENT LOOKING 75 YEAR OLD......COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT ADRIENNE. SHE USES OLDER MODELS FOR PROOF THAT WE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL TOO..... HER MELTDOWNS ARE ALL WONDERFUL......THANKS, ADRIENNE!

When SCA ran out of my favorite foundation & so was I (!)--Fair Hyaluronic--I thought I'd better look around for another foundation. The reviews for the 8 Butters were good, the price was right, & it was included with my favorite meltdown scent, so I ordered it, and I'm Extremely happy with it. The shade matches my skin perfectly. It is creamy, applies easily, feels velvety on the skin, lasts beautifully all day, and is very moisturizing to my very dry skin. I use it with my other hyaluronic make-up & powder. I'm 57, people constantly tell me I look 40. I've never been disapointed with an SCA product: they, every one, perform exactly as advertised. Thank you for a beautifully- & reliably-performing line of skin care & cosmetics.

This is absolutely the BEST makeup I have ever used. It is so creamy and you don't even need powder. It just glides on and looks really fantastic! !The Shea Butter meltdown is my favorite scent and it works like a charm...I will stop fooling around with other brands and just stay where I am with Adrienne. She is the best!!!I woudl give it ten stars if I could. The price was awesome too!! :-)

i wear make up brands like bear minerals smashbox benefit always trying to find the best one but this one is perfect i put powder over it just to keep it matte recommend this product to everyone you will love it im 19 years i wear medium its great

2. only put a little it goes a long way
3. goes on creamy and smooth
4. covers any blemish or scar
5. no more messy bottle foundations
6. you can put it on so fast. even in the car it only takes seconds
7. no more touch ups during the day it last a long time (but in case its no problem to do)

i love the concealer part of the makeup. it works great if you have any scars or blemishis to cover. it makes your face look like a porcilien doll!! im going to buy more of this product its worth the price...

This is a good makeup but the color is too light. Please bring back the dark or the olive skin color. I've been reluctant to try the medium for the past few years since I stopped seeing the darker color. I tried the medium and it dose not work. Your makeup is the only one the works for me. I haven't been wearing any makeup waiting for the darker color to return. It was perfect, mistake proof and non-transferable. Please bring it back in the 8 Butters or any other line it can be worked into.

I've been using the 8 Butters Makeup for over 3 yrs and it is the Best Stuff. I can't live without it. Prior to finding this product I hated putting on makeup everyday (also I wasted so much $$ trying to find the right color @ Dept Store makeup counters). Now all I use is the 8 Butters Makeup as coverup and then brush on the JetTech face bronzer. Simple and quick.
Lastly, I'm 42 and use the medium. I've recommended this product to friends and family of all ages and complexions.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the coverage this makeup provides. My skin looks like porcelain after applying. Adrienne you know your stuff. I am a very young 62 year old and I think the secret of the fountain of youth is definitely the right foundations. Love your stuff and the great meltdowns.

I bought this makeup for my granddaughters, all 3 of them. Their ages are 25, 23 and 19. They just love it as it covers any little imperfections and evens out their skin tones. They love the meltdowns to remove it at days end. It was a "just because" surprise gift and they couldn't have been more pleased.

I am over 60, looked for a change from the mineral makeup, this actually corrects the uneven coloring of my skin and diminishes my mouth to nose wrinkles and those around my eyes...do I look 30 again...no but I have gotten so many compliments on the fact I don't look over 50...I love it...don't need a lot for coverage, looks totally natural....does not clog my pores.....did I mention my husband is impressed?

I have sensitive skin and can never seem to find makeup that does not irritate my skin. This makeup feels light but yet has the best coverage. It comes in a large quantity and goes a long way. It last forever. I've tried many different brands, and this is the best. You will not be disappointed.

I love, love, love the 8 butters makeup. I love the way it goes on so smooth. I get alot of compliments on my skin. I also put a translucent powder over the foundation. I'm 46 years old and people have asked me if I am 38. Please don't ever discontinue this item.

The color (fair) matched my skin tone but it just sat in my pores & didn't cover well. Tried diff kinds of skin prep & facial moisturizers but nothing worked to make it go on better. Guess this makeup is not for me! This was my first disappointment with any SCA makeup; I'll stick with the Vit C & Aragon Oil lines. Meltdown is great as always. Would send back but not worth it to pay S/H fees again. Will not buy this makeup in the future.
