I loved the idea of this garden globe, but in the northeast I don't seem to get enough sunlight to make it really pop at night. It would be great for someplace where the sun shines more!

Bought 2, 1 didn't work, had to exchange, not bright enough, and they don't stay on long, also condensation gets inside the ball.

I ORDERED TWO OF THESE SOLAR POWERED FIBER OPTIC SPHERES. THE ONE I KEPT FOR MYSELF, OF COURSE, WORKS FINE. THE ONE I GAVE AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT WAS DEFECTIVE. EVEN IF YOU PUT A REGULAR BATTERY IN IT AND COVERED THE SOLAR PANEL IT WOULD NOT LIGHT. I RETURNED IT AND RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT --WHICH WAS ALSO DEFECTIVE. IT WOULD NOT LIGHT AND THERE WERE LOOSE PARTS RATTLING AROUND INSIDE IT. I RETURNED IT AS WELL AND I'M STILL AWAITING ITS REPLACEMENT. WISH ME LUCK!
